Claims (1)
- 混合ガスに対して特定のガス成分を選択透過さ
せる分離膜と、この分離膜に圧縮した混合ガスを
供給するための加圧手段と、該分離膜を透過しな
かつた高圧ガスを断熱膨脹させる膨脹器と、この
膨脹器で自冷したガスと前記分離膜を透過したガ
スとを熱交換させる熱交換器とを具備してなり、
この熱交換器によつて冷却された特定成分に係る
ガスを冷凍機本体に供給するようにしたことを特
徴とする予冷装置。
