Claims (1)
- 二酸化炭素、水分を除去する吸着タイプの前処
理装置、および膨張タービンを備えた窒素発生装
置にのいて、廃ガスを規定圧力に昇圧する廃ガス
圧縮機を設け、昇圧された廃ガスを膨張タービン
に供給するように廃ガス圧縮機と膨張タービンを
接続したことを特徴とする窒素発生装置。
