Claims (1)
光面が平滑となるよう透光性の熱硬化性樹脂で被
覆形成された発光側透明樹脂体と、前記リードフ
レームとは別のリードフレームに搭載された受光
素子をその受光面が平滑となるよう前記熱硬化性
樹脂で被覆形成された受光側透明樹脂体と、前記
発光面および受光面を除いた表面を被覆するよう
に形成された遮光性の熱可塑性樹脂から成る不透
明樹脂体とから構成されたことを特徴とする光結
合装置。 A light-emitting side transparent resin body in which a light-emitting element mounted on a lead frame is coated with a translucent thermosetting resin so that the light-emitting surface thereof is smooth; a light-receiving side transparent resin body formed by coating the light-receiving element with the thermosetting resin so that the light-receiving surface thereof is smooth; and a light-blocking heat-receiving body formed to cover the surface other than the light-emitting surface and the light-receiving surface. 1. An optical coupling device comprising: an opaque resin body made of plastic resin; and an opaque resin body made of plastic resin.
