Various devices for automatically peeling the shells of boiled eggs have been provided in the past, but as a means of peeling the shells without damaging the shape of the boiled eggs, a pair of boiled eggs whose shells have been cracked by an appropriate method is used. Generally used is a method in which the shell is rolled on rollers, the shell is stuck between the rollers, and then peeled off (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-2450).

However, in the above-mentioned conventional shelling device, a boiled egg whose shell has been cracked in advance is dropped and fed between a pair of rollers, and a rubber string is placed along the longitudinal side of one of the rollers and attached to the circumferential surface. The boiled egg is moved from the center in the longitudinal direction to both left and right ends by a transfer roller with a string wound backwards from the center to the end, and during this time the shell is caught between a pair of rollers and peeled off. .

In the above-mentioned conventional shell peeling device, the boiled egg simply rests on the pair of rollers and rolls, so there is little chance that the boiled egg will dance on the pair of rollers and the shell will stick between the rollers. The disadvantage was that the shell could not be removed. Further, since the boiled eggs are received in the axial center between the pair of rollers and rolled toward the left and right ends, there is a problem in that the state of peeling the shells tends to vary due to individual differences in the boiled eggs. In particular, in the conventional structure described above, the boiled egg is received in the longitudinal center of the pair of rollers.
There is a problem in that it is mechanically difficult to install a plurality of shell removal devices in a cracking device, and the processing capacity is limited.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to eliminate the problems of the prior art described above, the present invention disposes one of a pair of shelling rollers that rotate in opposite directions at a lower position than the other, and A transfer roller is disposed diagonally above the shelling roller and is spaced apart from the roller at a predetermined distance and has a frictional spiral protrusion formed on its circumferential surface from one end to the other. To provide a cracked boiled egg shell peeling device configured to give rotation in the direction of pressing the boiled egg positioned between the peripheral surface and the shell peeling rollers between a pair of shell peeling rollers.

With the above configuration, while the cracked boiled egg is being transferred from one end of the transfer roller to the other end, it is pressed diagonally forward and downward between the pair of shelling rollers, and as a result, the shell is pushed diagonally forward and downward between the pair of shelling rollers. This provides many opportunities for the shell to be peeled off.

A transfer roller 5 is disposed at a position diagonally above the lower shelling roller 2B and not above the outer shelling roller 2A. The transfer roller 5 is rotated in a direction (direction of arrow A) in which its peripheral surface moves from the higher shelling roller 2A side to the lower shelling roller 2B side. A spiral protrusion 6 is formed on the circumferential surface of the transfer roller 5 by winding a string-like material such as a rubber string in a spiral manner from one end to the other. The boiled egg 7 is designed to fit between the circumferential surface 5A and the pair of shelling rollers 2A, 2B.

As the cracking device 14, a well-known device can be used. For example, as shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 52-79069, a large number of round bars are inserted in the axial direction along the inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical body. A crack may be created while the boiled egg rolls on the round bar by supplying a boiled egg into the cylindrical body and rotating the cylindrical body.

The boiled egg 7 cracked by the cracking device 14 is transferred to the transfer roller 5 and the shelling rollers 2A, 2A.
When the boiled egg 7 is fed from the upstream side between the two, as the transfer roller 5 rotates, the rear end of the boiled egg 7 is pushed diagonally forward and downward (in the direction of arrow B) by the protrusion 6 as shown in FIG. Due to the application of pressure and the fact that one of the shelling rollers 2A, 2B on the transfer roller 5 side is disposed at a lower position as shown in FIG. Due to the rotation, the boiled egg 7 is pressed between the pair of shelling rollers 2A, 2B, and due to the synergistic action of these, the cracked shell is removed by the shelling rollers 2A, 2.
The peeled shells are peeled off between the shells B and are discharged downward from between the shell peeling rollers 2A and 2B, and are discharged from the shell discharge port 10 at the bottom of the outer casing 9. Note that by disposing guide bars 8, 8' on both sides of the position where the boiled egg 7 is placed as in the illustrated embodiment, the left guide bar 8 in FIG. The guide bar 8' on the right side of the figure moves the boiled eggs, whose shells have been peeled and become slippery and soft, to the transfer roller 5 and the shell peeling roller 2B.
Prevent it from slipping out from between.

As explained above, the boiled egg shelling device according to the present invention has a pair of shelling rollers that rotate in opposite directions supported between supporting members so that one of the rollers is positioned lower than the other. Diagonally above the lower shelling roller, a transfer roller is mounted at a predetermined distance from the roller and has a frictional spiral protrusion formed on its circumferential surface from one end to the other. is designed to rotate the boiled egg positioned between its peripheral surface and the shelling roller diagonally forward and downward between the pair of shelling rollers. It can be sufficiently pressed between a pair of shelling rollers while being transferred by a strip, and since the transfer roller is provided at a predetermined distance from the shelling roller, the The cracked shells of the boiled eggs can be firmly stuck between the shelling rollers, and almost 100% of the shells can be removed. In addition, since the shell is peeled while the boiled eggs are transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side of the device of the present invention, it is easy to continuously supply boiled eggs, and multiple rows can be arranged in succession to the cracking device. It has various excellent effects such as being able to continuously perform a large amount of shelling, and greatly improving the shelling processing capacity.
