生を確実に検出できるようにした内燃機関の監視
装置に関するものである。

1により発電機2やポンプ設備などを駆動する設
備においては、換気用の給気口や排気口よりの騒
音を外部周辺に放散し、環境を乱さぬために、上
記設備を構造物3に収納しているが、その際設備
を収納する建物やカバー等の構造物3には、吸音
材や迷路で構成された給気あるいは排気用の防音
構造の換気用給気消音器4および換気用排気消音
器5を設けている。そして給気口4側に電動フア
ン6を設け、強制的に換気用吸気41、換気用排
気51を行なつている。なお、7は排気消音器で
内燃機関1自身の発生する排ガス8の騒音を防止
するために設けられている。このような設備にお
いて、万一強制給気用電動フアン6が不具合とな
り、停止、あるいは給入口が閉鎖した場合には内
燃機関1への換気用給気41が十分に行なわれ
ず、内燃機関1は燃焼不良をおこして停止するこ
とがあつた。従来、電動フアン6が停止してしま
つた場合には検出リレーなどの動作信号を用い、
発電装置の過電流保護などの保護動作を行なつて
いるが、給入口が閉鎖してしまつた場合には換気
の不具合を検出することはできず、依然として内
燃機関が燃焼不良をおこして停止してしまうとい
う欠点を有していた。

れた効果を生ずるものである。
