Abstract

PURPOSE:To pass and deliver parts one after another at prescribed intervals in parallel in cleaning tanks and to improve cleaning efficiency by providing guides for transportation to the upper part of guides for cleaning in the cleaning tanks, providing lifting guides between both and providing die feeding means. CONSTITUTION:The cleaning tank guides 14, 15 are immersed in the cleaning tanks 11, 13 and are connected by lifting of the upper guides 17-20 for transportation and the lifting guides 21-25. Guide grooves for fitting of parts of parallel rows are formed in parallel to the respective guides. The respective transporting guides 17-20 and cleaning tanks guides 14, 15 are connected by lifting of the lifting guides 21-15 and the parts imposed on the respective guides are successively die-fed by the operation of the die feeding means 27. The parts are successively discharged from the final transporting guide 20. The cleaning treatment of a large quantity of the parts is executed simultaneously by this constitution and the heat carried out of the cleaning tanks 11, 13 is only of the parts and the heat to be replenished to the cleaning tanks 11, 13 is minimized.
