け、強制通風方式を採用してなるもので、前記各
熱交換器は循環する空気と強制的に熱交換するた
め、熱交換器は小形で、フインによつて伝熱面積
を多くしたものが利用可能となる。また加熱、冷
却に要する時間を短縮することができ、加熱、冷
却の操作の制御も容易となる。本考案は熱媒及び
冷媒用熱交換器を同一断面形状に形成したので、
これらを同一の外板枠上に設けることができ、熱
交換器をコンパクトに構成できる。また熱風或い
は冷風を被処理物近傍において噴出穴付ダクトか
ら平行流をもつて噴出させるようにしたので、極
めて効率よく被処理物を加熱又は冷却できる。ま
た本考案は、加熱冷却装置本体内に熱媒用熱交換
器と冷媒用熱交換器を配設したので、一方の熱交
換器を装置本体外に設ける場合よりも、ダクトが
加熱冷却装置本体の鏡板部を貫通しないため、加
熱冷却装置本体の構造が著しく簡単になり、製造
コストが大幅に低減できる。また本考案の加熱冷
却装置の据付位置を移動させるような場合が生じ
ても、装置本体全体が一度に運べるため、移動が
簡単にできる等の効果もある。なお、加熱冷却装
置本体内は加熱、冷却することにより外部と圧力
の差が生じるが、耐熱、耐圧特殊コネクタを用い
ることにより、モータ動力、温度制御のための信
号線を取出せば、何ら支障なく構成できる。
