Claims (1)
- Ｘ線分光結晶および試料保持台を収容して内部
を排気されるＸ線分光室における上記試料保持台
の側部に回転台を設けると共にその試料保持台に
取り付けた試料にそれぞれ異なる波長特性のＸ線
を投射する複数種のＸ線管を前記回転台に取り付
けて、上記回転台の周縁に真空シールを設け、か
つ試料保持台の近傍に試料交換口を形成した蛍光
Ｘ線分析装置。
