Claims (1)
- 印刷位置に配置され、上面にペーストが供給さ
れるスクリーンと、混成集積回路基板が設置され
、基板設置位置と前記印刷位置との間を往復移動
される印刷台と、前記スクリーン上を往復移動し
て前記スクリーンを前記混成集積回路基板に押付
けることにより前記ペーストを混成集積回路基板
上に印刷するスキージとを備え、前記スクリーン
およびスキージを含む前記印刷位置をカバーによ
つて被い、このカバーの内部に温度センサと、こ
の温度センサによつて制御されカバー内部の温度
を一定にするヒーターとを組込んだことを特徴と
するスクリーン印刷機。
