Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a layer-to-layer cracks, and thereby improve heat resistance remarkably by letting plural layers of glass fiber textiles be laminated by press forming so as to be formed into a laminated plate, and thereby letting a heat resisting base material be impregnated with adhesives in thermosetting resin series so as to be heated. CONSTITUTION:Plural layers of glass fiber textiles impregnated with resin are laminated by press forming so as to be formed into a laminated plate. A heat resisting base material 1 which is formed while being punched out of the laminated plate, is impregnated with adhesives in thermosetting resin series so as to be heated so that a re-inforced film is formed over the surface of the heat insulating base material so as to let it be a heat insulator 1 wherein binding force among respective layers is improved. This constitution prevents the occurrence of layer-to-layer cracks, thereby making it possible to improve heat resistance remarkably.

Among the above-mentioned heat insulating materials, resin-based insulating materials are made by impregnating glass fiber H fabric with silicone resin and drying it to form a flat plate, then laminating a plurality of sheets to make a resin laminate by hot press molding. After drying the board with hot air, it is punched out to match the shape of the pad backing board and piston, and is used as an insulator.

The heat insulating material according to the manufacturing method of the present invention is obtained by impregnating a glass fiber fabric with a silicone resin, drying it with hot air, cutting it into a flat plate shape, laminating a plurality of these sheets and forming a TM laminate by hot press molding, Next, after drying the laminate with hot air, the laminate is punched out to form a heat insulating base material according to the intended use, and the heat insulating base material is bonded with a phenolic cashew knitting material, which is a type of thermosetting resin adhesive. The sample is immersed in the adhesive for 1 hour to be impregnated with the adhesive, dried, and then heated and baked at a temperature of 180° C. to 200° C. for 2 to 3 hours to harden the adhesive.

As a result, a reinforcing film is formed on the surface of the heat insulating base material, and the heat insulating material has improved bonding strength between each Fm, and even if it is left on a steel plate heated to 450°C for more than 10 minutes, interlayer cracks will not occur. This did not occur and the heat resistance was dramatically improved.

As described above, the present invention provides glass 11 impregnated with Ml fat.
111 pieces are laminated and press-formed to make a laminate,
By impregnating a heat-insulating base material formed by punching out the laminate with a thermosetting resin adhesive and heating it, a reinforced film is formed on the surface of the heat-insulating base material, and the binding force between each layer is increased. Since it is an improved heat insulating material, interlayer cracks are no longer generated, and heat resistance can be dramatically improved compared to conventional materials.
