Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部にフランジ部２、下部に軸部３を形成
する調整弁体１と該調整弁体１を摺動自在に収納
せしめることができる調圧室４とからなり、該調
圧室４を、前記調整弁体１のフランジ部２の上面
側に有する調圧室ａと、前記フランジ部２の下面
側に調圧バネ５を配した調圧室ｂと、前記調整弁
体１の軸部３を摺動自在に嵌合せしめることがで
きる凹状を形成する調圧室ｃとに前記フランジ部
２及び軸部３の外周に配したシールリング６を介
して分割せしめ、前記調整弁体の内部に前記調圧
室ｃと調圧室ａとをつなぐガス通路７を設けた圧
力調整弁を備えたガス圧力調整器であつて、 前記調圧室ｃの底部に一次側配管部１１と連続
する高圧ガス噴射口９を開口せしめると共に側面
に二次側配管部１２と連続する低圧ガス噴出口１
０を開口せしめることにより、圧力調整弁の調圧
室ａのガス圧と調圧バネ５とのバランスにより調
整弁体１が上下動して該調整弁体１の軸部３の下
端で前記高圧ガス噴射口９を開閉せしめ、一次側
の高圧ガスを調整して二次側に供給せしめること
を特徴とするガス圧力調整器。 (2) 上部にフランジ部２、下部に軸部３を形成
する調整弁体１と該調整弁体１を摺動自在に収納
せしめることができる調圧室４とからなり、該調
圧室４を、前記調整弁体１のフランジ部２の上面
側に有する調圧室ａと、前記フランジ部２の下面
側に調圧バネ５を配した調圧室ｂと、前記調整弁
体１の軸部３を摺動自在に嵌合せしめることがで
きる凹状を形成する調圧室ｃとに前記フランジ部
２及び軸部３の外周に配したシールリング６を介
して分割せしめ、前記調整弁体の内部に前記調圧
室ｃと調圧室ａとをつなぐガス通路７を設けた圧
力調整弁を少なくとも２以上備えたガス圧力調整
器であつて、 最一次側の圧力調整弁の調圧室ｃの底部に一次
側配管部１１と連続する高圧ガス噴射口９を開口
せしめ最二次側の圧力調整弁の調圧室ｃの側面に
二次側配管部１２と連続する低圧ガス噴出口１０
を開口せしめると共に、それぞれの一次側の圧力
調整弁の調圧室ａと二次側の圧力調整弁の調圧室
ｃとを連通孔１３を介して連続せしめることによ
り、それぞれの圧力調整弁の調圧室ａのガス圧と
調圧バネ５とのバランスにより調整弁体１が上下
動して該調整弁体１の軸部３の下端で前記高圧ガ
ス噴射口９及び連通孔１３を開閉せしめ一次側の
高圧ガスを調整して二次側に供給せしめることを
特徴とするガス圧力調整器。 (3) 一次側配管部１１の前段に、上流側に細孔
２３を有する減圧室２２を設けたことを特徴とす
る請求項１又は２に記載のガス圧力調整器。
