Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は主として筆入れに用いるケースに対す
る蓋の新規な取付方法に関するものである。
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に依拠して製造工
程の順に説明するのに、 先ず、硬質の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を以て皿形
状を呈する筆入れ（ケース）本体１を成形し、こ
の筆入れ本体１の前壁に磁石装置２を所要の手段
により埋設する。
また、これとは別個に硬質の熱可塑性合成樹脂
材料を以て内面の数個所に頂稜３が尖つた断面楔
型の細い環線形の突条４を一体に有する短冊状の
成形芯板５を一体に成形する。
次いで、中央線上に上記の突条４の貫出用通孔
６を開設した軟質の熱可塑性合成樹脂内面シート
７と同通孔６がない外面シート７′とを重合し、
これ等内外両面シート７，７′の間に厚紙芯板８
にスポンジ芯８′を重合せる一対の芯材９，９′と
上記の成形芯板５とを、当該両芯材９，９′が成
形芯板５の両側に僅かの間隙をおいて平面的に並
ぶように且つ突条４が貫出用通孔６から外に貫出
するように各々して挾入すると共に内外両面シー
ト７，７′を其の全周縁および芯材９，９′と芯板
５の間の個所に於て相互に熔着し、仍つて止着部
１０の一方側縁に蓋版１１を他方側縁に底版１２
を夫々折曲自在線部１３，１３′を介して連設し
た外装部材を構成し、蓋版１１の外辺縁に磁性金
具１４を取付ける。
然るのち、当該外装部材に於ける止着部１０に
上記の筆入れ本体１の背壁１５を突条４が背壁１
５の外面に当接する状態として重合し、これ等重
合状態の止着部１０、背壁１５に超音波ウエルダ
ーによる熔着加工を施すことにより上記の突条４
の頂稜３を筆入れ本体１の背壁１５の外面に熔着
すると共に底版１２を筆入れ本体１の底壁の下面
に貼着し、蓋版１１を閉止した時に磁性金具１４
が磁性装置２に吸着して当該閉止の状態を維持す
るようにして完成したものである。
本発明は上記の通りであるのでケースに対する
蓋の取付を極めて簡単且つスピーデイに行うこと
ができるものであり、加うるに本発明においては
成形芯板に設けたケース本体の取付壁への超音波
熔着部を特に環状を呈する断面楔型の突条を以て
構成したのでこれによつて両者の超音波熔着を著
しく強固に為すことができるなどの諸効果を有す
るものである。

示すものであつて、第１図は完成品を示す斜視
図、第２図は同じく開蓋の状態を示す斜視図、第
３図は第１図Ａ−Ａ線に沿う断面図、第４図は外
装部材の製造工程を示す分解斜視図、第５図は外
装部材にケース本体を重合する直前の工程を示す

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 硬質の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を以て内面の複
    数個所に断面楔型の環状の突条を一体に有する所
    要形状の成形芯板を構成し、この成形芯板に蓋版
    用芯材を並べ配してこれ等成形芯板、蓋版用芯材
    の上下両面に軟質熱可塑性合成樹脂製内面シート
    および同製外面シートを、突条が内面シートに予
    め設けた通孔を介して外に貫出する状態として重
    合すると共にこれ等内外両面シートを其の全周縁
    個所および成形芯板と蓋版用芯材の間の個所に於
    て相互に熔着することによつて基端縁に折曲自在
    部を外して止着部を一体に連設した外装部材を構
    成し、然るのち予め硬質の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料
    を以て成形したケース本体に於ける取付壁の外面
    に上記の外装部材の止着部をその成形芯板に設け
    た環状の突条の頂縁が同面に当接する状態として
    重合し、これ等取付壁および止着部に超音波ウエ
    ルダーによる熔着加工を施すことにより上記の突
    条の頂縁を取付壁に熔着することを特徴とするケ
    ースへの蓋の取付方法。
