[Detailed description of the invention] The invention relates to a cartel wall with windows.
In particular, the present invention relates to a curtain wall structure in which the outside surface of a window sill and an outside air inlet to an equal pressure space formed around the window are hidden from view from the outside in order to beautify the appearance of a building.

There are two types of windows in buildings: movable windows (for example, inward-opening windows with inward-opening shoji screens) and fixed windows, and both windows have the same opening area in the curtain wall. However, with movable windows, a stile such as an inward-opening shoji screen is placed inside the opening, so
The exterior dimensions increase by the size of the stile, and the exterior design of the building is not unified, resulting in a decrease in design value. In addition, in modern architectural structures, in order to prevent rainwater sprayed against the window from entering the room, a closed space is created around the window using the principle of equal pressure, and the outside air inlet is connected to the curtain wall. Although installed on the outside, this outside air inlet also spoils the aesthetic appearance of the building.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional curtain walls.
In a curtain wall equipped with a window whose four circumferences are made up of a frame consisting of upper, lower, and vertical frames, a blind cover part is formed on the outdoor side of the above-mentioned upper and lower parts without a blind frame, and a blind cover part is formed on the mullions and the blind cover part. A first horizontal space for ventilation is formed by forming extending portions in the vertical direction to cover the outdoor side surface of the window frame, and partitioning the upper stile and the upper gap with the indoor tight material to form a first horizontal space for ventilation. An outside air inlet is provided on the outdoor side of the first horizontal space, and a second horizontal space for ventilation is formed by partitioning the lower stile and the lower open space with an indoor/outside tight material. An outside air inlet is provided at the bottom, and a plate-like attachment is provided in the vertical space between the stile and the mullion.
The attachment and the vertical stile are partitioned with a tight material, and first and second vertical spaces for ventilation on the stile frame side are formed on the outdoor side and the indoor side of the vertical space, and the first horizontal space and the vertical stile are separated from each other. 1 vertical space - 2nd horizontal space, and 3rd horizontal space - 2nd vertical space - 4th
The horizontal spaces communicate with each other to form outdoor and indoor surrounding spaces that surround the four circumferences of the frame, and both surrounding spaces are between the second horizontal space and the fourth horizontal space. The present invention provides an isobaric curtain wall having frame concealing portions that communicate with each other through communication ports provided in the walls.

The present invention also utilizes the isobaric principle.
The equal pressure principle referred to here means that by creating an opening in a part of the rain partition and actively introducing outside air, the space behind the rain partition is made equal to the outside pressure, and the wind pressure is reduced. This means that water is received by an airtight wall located on the indoor side, thus preventing water from leaking into the room due to pressure differences.

In Fig. 1, the lower part 2B and the part cover 2 are shown.
An outside air inlet 26 and communication ports 27 and 28 are formed in the joint part of 0B and the lower open part 2B, respectively, and a horizontal space extending horizontally in the lower open part corresponds to the outside air inlet and the communication port. Consists of H 1 , H 2 , and H 3 . In addition, tight material 3 is used between the upper stile 2A and the upper stile 3A.
6 and 35 to form horizontal spaces H 14 and H 4 . H3 is the indoor space of H2 , and H4 is the indoor space of H14 . Furthermore, below the horizontal space H14 , there is an extension part 2.
An outside air inlet 32 is provided between the outdoor surface of the upper stile 3A and the upper stile 3A.

As shown in Fig. 2, in the vertical space between the mullion 1 and the stile 3C and between the top and bottom, there is a vertical space within the space and a substantially indoor space so as to divide the space into a plurality of vertical spaces. A long attachment 29 in the form of a partition plate extending outward is attached to a short bracket 3.
0 to the mullion 1 with screws to partition the vertical space. The indoor end of this attachment 29 also serves as a door stop for the inward-opening shoji 4 as shown in the figure. Furthermore, tight members 25' and 31 are provided on the side surfaces of the vertical stile 3C to contact the attachment 29,
Together with the tight material 25, they constitute vertical spaces V 1 , V 2 , and V 3 partitioned within the vertical space.

In the case of the present invention, two spaces are constructed around the four circumferences of the stile frame of the inward-opening shoji: an equal pressure space on the outdoor side and an equal pressure space on the indoor side. The equal pressure space outside the room is a horizontal space H 2
- Vertical space V 2 - Horizontal space H 14 , into which high-pressure outside air enters through two outside air inlets 26, 32. In addition, the indoor equal-pressure space is configured between horizontal space H 3 - vertical space V 1 - horizontal space H 4 (dead-end space) via horizontal space H 2 , and has one outside air inlet 2.
High pressure outside air enters from 6. Of the above, the outdoor equal-pressure space is more important because it is closer to the outside air and has a larger difference in pressure between the inside and outside, making it easier for rainwater to enter. The outside air inlet 26 is provided at the bottom of the window so that it also serves as a rainwater drain.

The above description was about windows that open inward, but the same applies to windows that open inwards. That is, the outside air introduction port 32 is formed in the downward opening of the extension portion 23A, and the high-pressure outside air is introduced into the horizontal space H11 through the communication ports 33 and 34.
H 12 , then into the vertical space V 11 and then into the horizontal space H 13 (shown at the bottom of FIG. 1) to form an equal pressure space around the blind window 5 .

In the present invention, an extension part is formed in the part of the blind cover provided on the outside of the blind, so that it covers the outside of the window of the upper and lower frames of the window shoji, and the vertical frame of the shoji is an extension of the mullion 1 Since it is covered with the section 23, a curtain wall with an excellent appearance can be constructed. In addition, since the outside air inlet is formed between the blind cover having the extending portion and the blind, the inlet is hidden from the outside, and the equal pressure principle prevents rainwater from entering the room. can.

In particular, the window of the present invention has outside air inlet ports spaced apart at the upper and lower parts of the window and introduces outside air into the equal-pressure space at the same time. A large amount of outside air is introduced instantly,
It is possible to quickly respond to instantaneous changes in external pressure, and since the equal pressure space is made up of two layers: the outdoor side and the indoor side, and both the equal pressure spaces communicate only through the communication port 28. Even if rainwater enters the outdoor equal-pressure space, it is extremely unlikely to enter the indoor equal-pressure space.

Therefore, it has the advantage of being able to very efficiently prevent rainwater from entering the curtain wall.
