は操作片、１１はばね片、１２はカム斜面、１３
は孔、１４は突起、１５と１６はストツパを示す

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上面が開放した筒形脚部と、該筒形脚部の
    上端上に連接した筒壁と、該筒壁の上下から上下
    方向に間隔を保つて外方に張り出した上下の鍔を
    一体に有するプラスチツクで成形された本体と、
    上記本体の上下の鍔の間隔に枢着されるプラスチ
    ツクで成形されたレバーアームとからなり、 上記本体は、下の鍔との間でパネルの孔縁を上
    下から挟んで本体をパネルに対して固定する係止
    片を前記筒形脚部に備えると共に、前記筒壁に横
    穴を備え、 前記レバーアームは上記横穴中に突入して筒壁
    の内部を横切る横断片と、該横断片と背向し、前
    記上下の鍔の間隔から外に突出する操作片と、前
    記筒壁の外面に摺接し、上記横断片を横穴に突入
    した状態に付勢するばね片を一体に備え、上記横
    断片の上面には該片の先端に向かつて下り坂のカ
    ム斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする自動車
    のシート固定具。 (2) 請求項第１項に記載の自動車のシート固定
    具において、本体の筒壁は横穴と対向した位置に
    孔を有し、レバーアームは横断片の先端に上記孔
    に突入する突起を備えていることを特徴とする自
    動車のシート固定具。 (3) 請求項第１項、第２項のどれか一項に記載
    の自動車のシート固定具において、本体の上下二
    つの鍔の一方又は双方と、レバーアームの間には
    レバーアームをばね片の付勢に抗して回動して横
    断片を横穴から抜いたときに当接するストツパを
    設けたことを特徴とする自動車のシート固定具。
