Clean rooms also need to be provided with smoke exhaust ports to exhaust smoke outside in case of an emergency. It is desirable to install the smoke exhaust vent on the ceiling surface. In the past, it was common to install a normal smoke exhaust vent equipped with a damper that opens in an emergency at the same level as the clean room ceiling.

If a normal smoke exhaust vent is installed on the ceiling of a clean room, in a vertical laminar flow clean room, clean air will not be blown directly below the smoke exhaust vent, so the air will stagnate in that area and dust will accumulate for some reason. If it floated in the area directly under the smoke exhaust vent, it could not be purged easily, resulting in contamination of the area. Furthermore, the existence of this smoke exhaust port had a negative effect on the airflow distribution throughout the clean room.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as shown in the embodiments of the drawings,
A rise box 3 extending toward the attic space 2 is installed on the ceiling surface over which the HEPA filter 1 is stretched, and a smoke exhaust port 4 is attached to this rise box 3. and connect it to the box wall of the above-mentioned launch box 3.
This is a smoke exhaust vent for a clean room that is equipped with a HEPA filter 6.

FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view of the ceiling of a clean room showing an example of the installation structure of the smoke exhaust port of the present invention. In a regular vertical laminar flow clean room where the attic space 2 is used as an air supply plenum, a HEPA filter 1 is installed in each square of the ceiling frame 7, which is stretched in a grid pattern, to provide HEPA over the entire ceiling surface. A filter 1 is stretched across the space, and the air supplied to the attic space 2 is blown out vertically into the clean room 8 while being purified by passing through the HEPA filter 1. 9 indicates a ceiling slab.

HEPAフイルタ6が取付けられている。 In the illustrated example, a rise box 3 extending into the attic space 2 is attached to one of the squares of the ceiling frame 7 to which the HEPA filter 1 is attached, and a smoke exhaust port 4 is attached to the upper surface of the rise box 3. That is, the position of the smoke exhaust port 4 is raised above the ceiling level by the raised box 3. The smoke exhaust port 4 is provided with a damper 10 which is closed during normal times but is opened by a temperature fuse in an emergency.
A smoke exhaust duct 5 is connected to this smoke exhaust port 4, and this smoke exhaust duct 5 communicates with the outside of the building via the attic space 2. Further, an opening 11 is provided in the side wall of the stand-up box 3.
HEPA filter 6 is installed.

る。 FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically showing the smoke outlet structure of FIG. 1. As seen in this figure, a filter frame 12 is attached to the opposing side wall of the stand-up box 3.
A HEPA filter 6 is installed inside. This installation is done by connecting the filter frame 12 and the side wall of the stand-up box 3 with bolts 13 and nuts 1.
4, so that the HEPA filter 6 can be freely replaced.

According to the structure of the present invention, the rise box 3 positions the smoke exhaust port 4 above the ceiling surface of the HEPA filter 1, and the rise box 3
Since clean air is blown out from the HEPA filter 6 inside the interior, stagnation of air is prevented even in the area directly under the smoke exhaust port 4, which is normally closed, and airflow turbulence and turbulence due to the presence of the smoke exhaust port are prevented. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of contaminated areas. In addition, in the event of an emergency, since the smoke exhaust port is located in the ceiling, the function of the smoke exhaust port is fully demonstrated, making it extremely useful as a smoke exhaust structure for clean rooms that require a high level of cleanliness.
