する第1及び第2カッターと、前記2本の割箸部分の各
中央に分割用切目を入れるための第1及び第2の中央割
切用カッターとを備えた割箸切出し部における1回の切
断作用毎に割箸を2本づつ切出すようにした割箸製造装
置において、前記割箸切出し部から互交いの方向で切出
される2本の割箸をそれぞれ順次送り出すとともに、2
本のうちの片方の割箸を反転させて各割箸を同一向きし
て送り出すようにした送出し機構であって、 割箸切出し部からの送出側に配され、互交いの方向の2
本の割箸を各別に順次送り出し得る下側ローラと上側ロ
ーラとを有する送り出し部と、割箸切出し部から前記送
り出し部に到るまでの間において2本のうち片方の割箸
を押持して反転させ前記送り出し部に該片方の割箸を受
け渡すガイド部とローラ部とを有する反転部と、この反
転部を支持するように割箸送出方向と直交する方向に突
出して設けられた軸部と、この軸部を反転部と共に間欠
往復回転させる間欠回転手段と、前記軸部をその間欠往
復回転による反転部の反転時に軸方向に前進させて反転
部を前記送り出し部に対する割箸送り出し位置に配置さ
せ、逆反転時に後退させる移動手段とを備えていること
を特徴とする割箸製造装置における送出し機構。
