板、４は銀薄膜、５はロータリーエンコーダー、
６はフオトアンプ、７は光不透過膜、８は薄膜の
始端、９は薄膜の終端。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円盤状を成すガラス基板上に真空蒸着すべ
き金属等の薄膜厚さを、円周に沿つて階段状に厚
くしてゆくことを特徴とするマルチレイヤー干渉
フイルター。 (2) 請求項１記載のマルチレイヤー干渉フイル
ターにおける厚さを階段状にした薄膜の始端と終
端間に光不透過膜を形成すると共に、該マルチレ
イヤー干渉フイルターに回動及びその回動位置検
出機構を設け、更にマルチレイヤー干渉フイルタ
ーの裏面側に透過波長の検出器を配置したことを
特徴とする分光器。
