- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明絶縁性基板上に、透明電極、シリコン
を主体とする非晶質半導体層及び金属電極を積層
した光センサにおいて、上記金属電極がアルミニ
ウムと銀との合金から成ることを特徴とする光セ
ンサ。 (2) 上記透明電極の表面が、凹凸化されている
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の光センサ。
