In the figure, reference numeral 4 denotes a mold body, on the surface of which a molding space 5 having the same shape as the urethane foam 1 is provided, and a lid 6 for closing the molding space 5 is provided so as to be openable and closable. To mold, first, a urethane foam stock solution 7 is injected into the molding space 5, the lid 6 is closed, and the entire mold body 4 is heated, thereby foaming the stock solution 7 to form a urethane foam having the same shape as the molding space 5. 1 can be obtained.

A pipe is installed in the mold body 4, and steam or heated oil is passed through the pipe to heat the mold. ,
The overall space became larger, and there was a risk of steam or oil leaking from the pipe connections. There is also a method of heating the mold body 4 by placing it in a furnace, but this method has the disadvantage that the apparatus becomes large-scale. There is also a method of directly pouring steam or hot water on the mold body 4 side, or dipping it in hot water, but there is a risk that the steam, hot water, etc. may come into contact with the worker.

A hollow portion 10 is formed in the mold body 4 at a position surrounding the molding space 5, and an induction heating coil 11 is housed within the hollow portion 10, and the induction heating coil 11 is energized by a power supply circuit (not shown). be done. In this case, the mold body 4 is formed of a magnetic material. The outer surface of the mold body 4 is covered with a heat insulating layer 12 made of, for example, ceramic or heat-resistant synthetic resin.

Since the entire mold body 4 is heated, the stock solution 7 can be foamed. Even if the current supply is stopped after heating, the mold body 4 is kept warm by the heat insulating layer 12, thereby increasing the heating efficiency.

Alternatively, a furnace for heating the mold body 4 is not required,
The space of the entire device can be reduced.
Furthermore, there is no fear that workers will come into contact with heated oil, hot water, steam, etc. Moreover, since the heating can be controlled by operating a switch on the power supply circuit, the heating time can be accurately controlled, making it possible to obtain high-quality products.
