Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電基板と、この圧電基板と略同形で圧電基板
を両側から挟み込む２枚の絶縁基板とを備え、 圧電基板の両主面には振動電極と、該主面端部
に上記振動電極と接続された端子電極とが形成さ
れており、 圧電基板と絶縁基板との少なくとも上記振動電
極を除く部位が絶縁性接着剤を介して接合され、
振動電極の周囲に密閉された振動空間が形成され
ており、 接合された圧電基板と絶縁基板の両側端部に導
電性接着剤を介して横断面Ｕ字形の端子を嵌合固
定することにより、上記端子と圧電基板の端子電
極とを導通させたことを特徴とするチツプ型圧電
共振子。
