Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a board for construction in a sharp shape with excellent dimensional accuracy by forming an approximately flat U-shaped sectional board body, the rear side of which is opened, by the extrusion-molded form of aluminum and filling the inside of the recessed section of the rear with a resin form. CONSTITUTION:An approximately flat U-shaped sectional board body 1, the rear side of which is opened, is shaped by the extrusion molded form of aluminum. A formed resin liquid is sprayed into a recessed section 2, into which the rear side of the board body 1 is opened, and the resin liquid is formed, and the recessed section is filled with a resin form 3, thus preparing a board A for construction. A back sheet 22 consisting of an aluminum foil, etc. is stuck to the rear side of the resin form 3 as required.

2. Description of the Related Art Some architectural boards, such as wall and ceiling materials, have a main body formed in a generally flat U-shaped cross section with an open back side, and a resin foam is filled in a recess on the back side of the board main body. This type has excellent heat insulation properties due to the resin foam filled in the back of the board body, so it is used in places such as bathrooms. In this construction board, the main body of the board is conventionally formed by rolling a steel plate to 7 ohms and forming it into a substantially flat U-shaped cross section.

However, when forming the plate body by rolling a steel plate to 7 ohms in this way, there are problems in that it is difficult to form the plate body in a sharp shape, such as corners that are inevitably rounded, and the dimensional accuracy is also poor. was there. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a construction board whose main body can be formed into a sharp shape and with high dimensional accuracy.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The plate main body 1 is formed by extrusion molding aluminum, and has a substantially flat U-shaped cross section with an open back side, as shown in Figure #IJ2. Board body 1
As shown in FIG. 3(a), an engaging recess 7 is provided at one side end of the
is bent over the entire length, and a nailing piece 8 extends over the entire length from the tip of the engagement recess 7. In addition, an engaging protrusion 1 is provided at the other side end of the plate body as shown in FIG.
1 extends outward over its entire length, and an inwardly directed piece 10 having a bent piece 9 at its tip extends inward over its entire length. The surface of the board body 1 can be formed flat or can be formed with grooves in the shape of a bullet, and furthermore, the nailing piece 8 is formed with a groove 12a for nailing over the entire length. Alternatively, holes 12b for nailing may be machined. When filling the four parts 2 on the back side of the plate main body 1 formed as described above with the resin foam 3, for example, as shown in FIG.
As shown in (b), a double conveyor system % type % A pull conveyor 17 formed by an upper die conveyor 14 provided with an upper die caterpillar 13 and a lower die conveyor 16 provided with a lower die caterpillar 15 is used to move the concave portion 2 upward. The plate body 1 is set on the lower caterpillar 15, and a foamed resin liquid such as polyurethane or flame-retardant 7-enol resin is injected into the recess 2 from the injector 18, and side treatment J (,19 , 19, the board body 1 is introduced into the upper and lower caterpillars 13.15, and while the upper and lower caterpillars 13.15 are sealed, the foamed resin liquid is foamed and hardened to form a resin foam in the recess 2. In addition to this double conveyor method, it is also possible to fill the recesses 2 of the plate body 1 with the resin foam 3 by the method shown in FIG. Matching recess 3
The plate bodies 1, 1, . . . are lined up with the concave portions 2 facing upward with the engaging protrusions 11 engaged with each other, and while the conveyor 20 is running, the foamed resin liquid is applied from the spray/X lever 21 to the plate body 1. .1・
The four parts 2 of the board body 1 can be filled with the resin foam 3 by blowing it onto the back surface of the board and foaming it. In the above manner, it is possible to create a construction board A in which the resin foam 3 is filled in the recess 2 on the back side of the board body 1 as shown in FIG. A pack sheet 22 such as aluminum foil is attached. In this architectural board A, since the board body 1 is an extrusion molded product of aluminum, its cross-sectional shape is formed faithfully to the shape of the extrusion mold, and is molded with 7 ohms. The plate main body 1 can be formed into a sharper shape and with better dimensional accuracy than in the conventional method. Furthermore, since aluminum can be formed into colored alumite or painted, it will not rust even when used in humid bathrooms, swimming pools, etc. Since there is a heat insulating material made of resin foam 3 on the side, there is no possibility that dew condensation will occur on the surface of the plate main body 1 and water droplets will adhere to it. In addition, when attaching the architectural board A formed as described above to a wall surface, ceiling surface, etc., as shown in FIG.
Fixing tools 26 such as screws are driven into the base material 23 such as the wall base or ceiling base through the nailing piece 8 to fix the construction board A, and at the same time, other This can be done by connecting the building boards A by engaging the engagement protrusions 11 of the building boards A. When connecting the building boards A in this manner, the engaging protrusion 11 is engaged with the inner surface of the engaging recess ff1S7 with the bent piece 9 in contact with the nailing piece 8 as shown in FIG. To be Nishide,
The engaging protrusion 11 is moved by a moment using the bent piece 9 as a fulcrum.
can be engaged with the inner surface of the engagement recess n7 in close contact with the inner surface of the engagement recess n7. , and a contact piece 2 is attached to one side end of the architectural board A.
4 protrudes over the entire length, and a joint groove 25 is formed between the architectural boards A. This contact piece 2
4, a first space 27 is formed between the building boards A, and a second space 28 is formed between the nailing piece 8 and the engaging recess 7. The second spaces 27 and 28 can double prevent water from entering due to capillary action. The head 26a of the fastener 26 is housed in the second space 28. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the construction board A is
A joint groove 25 was formed in between, but as shown in Fig. 8(a)
By projecting the abutment piece 24 flush with the surface of the board body 1 as shown in FIG. 2, the architectural boards A can be connected flush with each other without forming a joint groove 25. As shown in FIG. 8(b), the building boards A can be connected flush by not providing the contact pieces 24.

As described above, in the present invention, a plate body having a substantially flat F-shaped cross section with an open back side is formed using an extruded aluminum product, and a resin foam is filled in a recessed portion of the plate body that is open on the back side. As a result, the plate body formed from an aluminum extrusion can be formed into a sharper shape and with better dimensional accuracy than one formed by 7 ohms. Good accuracy (great for creating architectural boards).
