断面V字型に屈曲して形成される凹凸横様4が板本体1
の全長覧こ亘る凹4aと凸4bとして設けである。 このように形成される板本体1の背面の凹部2にポリウ
レタンや難燃タイプのフェノール樹脂などの用屈発泡体
3を充填することによって、第1図に示すような建築用
板Aを作成することがでさるものであり、必要に応じて
樹脂発泡体3の背面側にはアルミニウム箔などのバック
シート13を張り付けるよう1こしである。そしてこの
11!築用板Aにあって、板本体1はアルミニウムの押
出し成形品であるために、その断面形状は押出し金型の
形状に忠実に形成することができ、7オーミングして成
形したものに比べてシャープな形状にかつ寸法精度良く

する凹凸横様4は、そのVの頂点を押出し金型の形状通
りに忠実にシャープに屈曲させて成形することができる
ものであり、シャープな凹凸横様4を表現することがで
きるものである。またアルミニウムはアルマイト処理し
て表面の着色をすることができ、アクリル塗装をするこ
ともできる。 また上記のように形成される蜆築用板Aを壁面や天井面
などに取り付けるにあたっては、壁下地や天井下地など
釘打ち片8から釘等の固着具14を打入して建築用板A
の固定をおこなうと共に、第3図のようにこの建築用板
