以下本発明を実施例によって詳述する。 板本体1はアルミニウムを押出し成形することによっ
て形成されるものであり、第2図に示すように背面側が
開口する断面略扁平コ字型に形成してある。板本体1の
一方の側端には第3図(a)に示すように係合凹部7を
全長に亘って屈曲形成すると共に係合凹部7の先端から
釘打ち片8が全長に亘って延設してある。また板本体の
他方の側端には第3図(b)に示すように係合突片11が
全長に亘って外方へ延設してあり、内方へは先端に屈曲
片9を設けた内向き片10が全長に亘って延設してある。
板本体1の表面はフラットに形成することもでき、また
模様形状で溝を形成することもできるものであり、さら
に釘打ち片8には釘打ち用のV溝12aを全長に亘って形
成するかあるいは釘打ち用の孔12bが加工してある。 上記のように形成される板本体1の背面の凹部2に樹
脂発泡体3を充填するにあたっては、例えば第4図
(a)(b)に示すようにダブルコンベア方式でおこな
うことができる。すなわち、このものは上型キャタピラ
13を設けた上型コンベア14と下型キャタピラ15を設けた
下型コンベア16とで形成されるダブルコンベア17を用
い、凹部2を上向きにして下型キャタピラ15上に板本体
1をセットし、そしてポリウレタンや難燃タイプのフェ
ノール樹脂など発泡樹脂液を注入機18から凹部2に注入
して、アルミニウムなどのサイド治具19,19間に保持し
た状態で上下のキャタピラ13,15間に板本体1を導入
し、上下のキャタピラ13,15間で密閉した状態で発泡樹
脂液を発泡硬化させて凹部2内に樹脂発泡体3を充填さ
せることができる。 またこのダブルコンベア方式以外に、第5図に示すよ
うな方法でも板本体1の凹部2に樹脂発泡体3を充填す
ることができる。すなわち、コンベア20上に係合凹部3
と係合突片11とを係合させた状態で凹部2を上向きにし
て板本体1,1…を並べ、コンベア20を走行させつつ吹付
ノズル21から発泡樹脂液を板本体1,1…の背面に吹き付
けて発泡させることによって、板本体1の凹部2に樹脂
発泡体3を充填することができる。 上記のようにして、第1図に示すように板本体1の背
面の凹部2に樹脂発泡体3を充填した建築用板Aを作成
することができるが、樹脂発泡体3の背面側にはアルミ
ニウム箔などのバックシート22を張り付けるようにして
ある。そしてこの建築用板Aにあって、板本体1はアル
ミニウムの押出し成形品であるために、その断面形状は
押出し金型の形状に忠実に形成することができ、フォー
ミングして成形したものに比べてシャープな形状にかつ
寸法精度良く板本体1を形成することができる。またア
ルミニウムはカラーアルマイトとして形成したり焼き付
け塗装したりすることができるために、湿気の多い浴室
やプールなどにおいて使用しても錆びるようなことがな
いものであり、そして板本体1の背面側には樹脂発泡体
3による断熱材が存在するために、板本体1の表面に結
露が発生して水滴が付いたりするようなこともないもの
である。 また上記のように形成される建築用板Aを壁面や天井
面などに取り付けるにあたっては、第6図に示すよう
に、壁下地や天井下地などの下地材23に釘打ち片8から
ビス等の固着具26を打入して建築用板Aの固定をおこな
うと共に、この建築用板Aの係合凹部7に他の建築用板
Aの係合突片11を掛合させて建築用板Aの接続をするこ
とによって、おこなうことができる。このように建築用
板Aを接続するにあたって、第7図に示すように屈曲片
9が釘打ち片8に当接した状態で係合突片11が係合凹部
7の内面に係合するようにしてあるために、屈曲片9の
部分を支点とするモーメントで係合突片11を係合凹部7
の内面に密着させた状態で係合させることができる。ま
た建築用板Aの一方の側端には当接片24が全長に亘って
突設してあり、建築用板A間において目地溝25が形成さ
れるようにしてある。この当接片24によって建築用板A
間に第一の空間27が形成されるようにしてあると共に釘
打ち片8と係合凹部7の部分において第二の空間28が形
成されるようにしてあり、第一と第二の空間27,28によ
って二重に毛細管現象による水の浸入を遮断することが
できる。固着具26の頭部26aは第二の空間28に納められ
る。 尚、第7図の実施例では当接片24によって建築用板A
間に目地溝25を形成するようにしたが、第8図(a)に
示すように当接片24を板本体1の表面と面一に突出させ
ることによって、目地溝25を形成させず建築用板Aを面
一に接続することができる。第8図(b)のように当接
片24を設けないようにして建築用板Aを面一に接続する
