構により、射出時以外は樹脂流路を遮断できるよ
うにしているのに対して、キヤビテイプレート側
には特別なシール装置を設けず、スクリユサツク
バツクを利用して射出完了後残圧を抜き、ランナ
ー内の溶融樹脂圧が負圧方向になるように強制的
に操作しているが、樹脂漏れを確実に防止できな
いという不具合を免れなかつた。

りつつ延長ノズルのゲートとキヤビテイプレート
のホツトランナーゲートからの樹脂漏れを確実に
防止できるようにすることを目的とする。

(発明の構成) 本発明の多重成形金型用樹脂漏れ防止装置は、

型開閉、型締可能に設け、該キヤビテイプレート
の内部に、キヤビテイ金型に組込んだホツトチツ
プと該ホツトチツプに連通するホツトランナーと
を有するホツトランナーブロツクを設置した多重
成形金型において、前記ホツトランナーブロツク
に、キヤビテイプレートを貫通してその固定プラ
テン側パーテイング面に達するスリーブを装着
し、該スリーブ内に油圧シリンダにより進退可能
で、前進端位置でスリーブ先端ランナーゲートを
シール可能なニードルを挿入すると共に、可塑化
装置に、前記スリーブと同芯に固定プラテン側コ
アプレートを貫通してそのパーテイング面まで延
長された延長ノズルを設け、該延長ノズル内に油
圧シリンダにより進退可能で、前進端位置で延長
ノズル先端ゲートをシール可能なニードルを挿入
したことを特徴とする。

2,…の対向部にキヤビテイ金型8,…が装着さ
れ、かつ、内部に、該キヤビテイ金型8,…に組
込まれたホツトチツプ9,…と、該ホツトチツプ
9に連通するホツトランナー10とを有するホツ
トランナーブロツク11が設置されている。ホツ
トランナーブロツク11には、キヤビテイプレー
ト7を貫通してその固定プラテン1側パーテイン
グ面12に達するスリーブ13が装着され、該ス
リーブ13内には、ホツトランナーブロツク11
の反コアプレート3側部に装着された油圧シリン
ダ14により進退されるニードル15が挿入さ
れ、該ニードル15は、前進端位置でスリーブ1
3の先端部をシールするように該スリーブ13の
先端ランナーゲート16とを密嵌すると共にパー
テイング面12と面一となるよう構成されてい
る。このスリーブ13の周面にはバンドヒータ1
7が装着されている。18は可塑化装置、19は
この可塑化装置18に設けられており、前記スリ
ーブ13と同芯に固定プラテン側コアプレート3
を貫通してそのパーテイング面12まで延長され
た延長ノズルである。該延長ノズル19内には、
可塑化装置18に装着された油圧シリンダにより
ゲート20に向つて進退されるニードル21が挿
入され、該ニードル21は前進端位置で延長ノズ
ル19の先端部ゲート20に密嵌すると共に、該
延長ノズル19の先端面とパーテイング面12に
面一となるように構成されている。この延長ノズ
ル19の周面にはバンドヒータ22が装着されて
いる。

端部に油圧シリンダで作動するニードル弁機構を
組込んで、ノズルゲートとスリーブゲートからの
樹脂漏れを防止し、併せてホツトランナー内での
樹脂凝固をも完全に防止できるようにした構成で
あるから、多重成形における成形品の品質と成形
効率を向上させ得ると共に、材料ロスも減少させ
ることができる等の効果を有する。

塑化装置に、前記スリーブと同芯に固定プラテン
側コアプレートを貫通してそのパーテイング面ま
で延長された延長ノズルを設け、該延長ノズル内
に油圧シリンダにより進退可能で、前進端位置で
延長ノズル先端ゲートをシール可能なニードルを
挿入したことを特徴とする多重成形金型用樹脂漏
れ防止装置。
