Claims (1)
- ベースプレートに載置された下パンチと、この
下パンチを貫通して上方に突出する段付部を備え
たコアーロツドと、下パンチに外嵌されてコアー
ロツド及び下パンチとの間にキヤビテイを形成す
るダイと、前記ダイ及びコアーロツドを下パンチ
に対して上下動可能に支持する下部作動装置と、
ダイのキヤビテイ内の成形素材を下パンチと共働
して加圧する上パンチとを備えた加圧成形装置に
おいて、前記下部作動装置がダイを上下動させる
第１下部作動装置と、コアーロツドを上下動させ
る第２下部作動装置とからなり、コアーロツドと
ベースプレートとの間にコアーロツドの位置決め
用ストツパ機構が配設される一方、ダイとベース
プレートとの間にはダイが所定量降下すると位置
決め用ストツパ機構の作動を解除するストツパ解
除機構が配設され、下パンチとコアーロツドとの
上下方向位置を決定するストツパ体が両者間に配
設されたことを特徴とする加圧成形装置。
