ともに、この凹溝に連通する凹部をベースの端子
植設部分に形成し、かつ上記凹部内に突出する端
子の突出基部に凹部の深さ以下の高さを有する幅
広の段部を形成し、この段部が埋設されるように
上記凹部内にシール剤を充填することを特徴とす
