Abstract

PURPOSE:To set off a parking place close to a working space and reduce the cost for execution by partition each floor of a building into the central part and peripheral parts with bulkheads, and using the central part and on the roof for parking. CONSTITUTION:Each floor of a building 1 is partitioned into the central part 3 and peripheral parts 4, 4 with bulkheads 10, 10, and the peripheral parts 4, 4 are set for as working spaces B, B while the central part 3 and on the roof are used as parking spaces A. The parking space A of each floor is equipped with a slope for connection with other floors so that a car runs by itself to reach a desired parking position. Openings are provided in appropriate positions of the bulkheads 10, 10 to enable communication between the working spaces B, B and parking space A. This accomplishes effective utilization of the central part 3 of a building which used to be in poor sunshine and ventilation, and also the underground construction can be suppressed to a minor size.
