現今冬期間の圧雪路面や、アイスバーン状路面に於ける
有効なタイヤの一つにスパイクタイヤが上げられるが、
その反面車粉公賓は重大な社会問題となり平成2年12
月で製造禁止、同3年4月から販売禁止が決まったのは

空気圧は常に通常圧とし、発停操作時は外タイヤの空気
圧を、外タイヤの内面と、内タイヤの外面とが荷重によ
り接触する程度に減圧し、接地面積を拡大させて制動効
果を上げ、普通走行時は、外タイヤの空気圧を加圧し、
通常圧に復帰して車両荷重、走行荷重の安定を計ること
を目的に、タイヤが内、外の二重の構成で空気圧加減機
