Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive improvements in waterproofness, crackproofness and corrosion resistance, by creating a copper color by mixing copper powder with polyester resin, adding a curing agent and agitating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Polyester resin and talc are mixed up with each other in a vessel, and colors are toned with deep light brown of a pigment, to which a curing agent is added and cast into female molds (a), (b). Then a chopped strand mat is put into a frame 3, the polyester and resin into which the curing agent is mixed up are cast onto the mat again, on which a concrete product is put, in this instant, a standard is altered into jointless one. After the lapse of a fixed period of time, a concrete product is demolded from a female mold and a composite is obtained further. Then to get a color, the polyester and copper powder are mixed up with each other, to which the curing agent is added to create a copper color, the copper color is applied uniformly to a protrusion of the demolded composite by making use of a brush. With this construction, improvements in waterproofness, discolorationproofness, crackproofness and corrosion resistance are contrived.

Most of the conventional concrete products, stone, tiles, brick coatings, etc. are the cause of defects such as fading of the color of the frame at joints and joints. Since the progress of construction is measured by hand, the weight and area of the product have been increased as much as necessary.

Nevertheless, it has been considered a certain method in the long history of the East Coast. Therefore, it is easy for 2 tsul to occur at the joints and joints of buildings, etc., and turbid water on the buttocks can cause severe damage to IJs objects.
Water leaks in cold regions sometimes have a serious effect on iron parts, wood, etc. On that point, the present invention modifies a part of the conventional standard with FRP, commercializes a simple joint without joints, and repairs the joint after construction on site, so it can be used regardless of the size of the area. , it became possible to create a one-piece product with no joints or joints. On the other hand, among architectural decorative products, most of them, excluding those related to handrails and fences, are for the sole purpose of appreciation, and there are many products that have been developed that serve two completely different roles. Not yet.

Recently, some concrete slabs have been made with slight convexities on the V-shaped contours, and the colors have been toned with pigments. The cost of these decorations is considerably lower than that of other ornaments.

If you were to engrave the 9th part, which raises the grade, by adding curved stones and dots about the thickness of a chopstick, you would only add a light vIs to this, and the corners and convex parts would be simply orchid. Furthermore, it was impossible to commercialize concrete decorations because they were easily contaminated by sewage, so the places where they could be used were limited and the range of use was narrow.

Stir thoroughly. Store this in a place out of sunlight for about half a day. After that time, add 0.5 g of hardening agent and carefully stir. Step 9: Stir and pour into the two female molds shown in Figure 1 a and b. The thickness of the mixed liquid is 0.
Within 5 to 131I, adjust it fairly uniformly with a 500-width joint brush. It will gel in about 25 minutes at room temperature 23°C, so leave it for that time. In the meantime, wash the dirty brushes and containers with acetone, then cut two pieces of glass fiber into rectangles with a width of 200w and a length of 4001m. Put 200 g of polyester resin into the container again, add Ig of curing agent, and stir carefully.

However, when a gate or fence is constructed using the blocks of the present invention and an FRP composite body, it not only has increased strength and fully fulfills its role, but also has a superior sense of beauty, as shown in Figure 6-12, an example of a fence. As a complete object, it entertains people's eyes and plays a huge role in beautifying the city. In addition, it has a revolutionary feature that does not allow rainwater or melting snow to seep into it, greatly extending its service life.

In recent years, the desire for luxury goods has become the norm for the masses in Japan, but on the other hand, the price of living is so high that it is difficult to buy a home without enduring great efforts and hardships. There are many drawbacks in buildings, but it is not an exception for buildings to suffer from cracks and water leaks as early as a year after construction.

In this respect, uninvented products are not completely waterproof, color-proof, crack-proof, or corrosive. Also, in terms of fire protection, we use non-combustible wood to produce products that meet your needs. In addition, it has many characteristics such as short construction period, low unit cost, etc., and by using it in all the right places for construction, it has extended the service life to the fullest extent, and it has a great appearance. The unique sense of beauty that he possesses is truly extraordinary, and this is a highly effective invention that is suited to the era of high-end luxury sought by the masses.

[Claims] A female mold is made by engraving the necessary area on the surface of an embroidery board of appropriate thickness and assembling an embroidery frame thereon. Mix polyester resin and talc in a container, and adjust the color with dark brown pigment. Furthermore, a curing agent is added and poured into the female mold. Once the resin has become a gel, a glass fiber chopped strand mat (hereinafter referred to as the mat) is placed in the frame, and a resin mixture of polyester and a hardening agent is injected over the mat again. Impregnate the mat and place the concrete product on top. At this time, a conventional standard product that required joints is modified to a standard product without joints by lining it with FRP and a control panel. After a certain period of time, the concrete product is removed from the female mold and becomes a composite. Furthermore, to obtain color, polyester and steel powder are mixed and a hardening agent is added to create a copper color. A method for manufacturing a decorative body made of a composite of a concrete product and FRP, characterized in that the convex portions of the demolded composite are finished by uniformly applying a copper color using a brush.
