が、高精度を要求されるものにおいてはプラスチ
ツク材の収縮率が問題となつている。すなわち一
般に成形品においては、溶融状態の成形材料を注
入した際、その流れ方向が、流れに対して直角方
向かで収縮率が異なるからである。

設けられている。この補整材3はガラス繊維入り
プラスチツクなどの膨張係数の小さいものよりな
るもので、インサート方式で部品1の成形時に入
れてもよいし、さらには2色成形で形成してもよ
い。いま部品1のゲート部4,5が左右位置にあ
ると、部品1の外周部2においては、成形材料の
収縮率は両ゲート部を結ぶ方向よりも、それに直
交する方向の方が大きい。したがつて楕円形の補
整材3を入れることによつて、この収縮率の差異
にもとづく歯車の歪みを是正しているのである。
楕円形の補整材3の長径と短径の寸法を適当に計
算することにより、歯車の歪みをなくすことがで
きる。
