Here, the lifting and lowering operations of the cleaning hopper 24 with respect to the rotation angle will be explained using the lift line section of the cam member 27 shown in FIG. When it rotates from that position to the high-temperature cleaning section 8, it descends, and then rises once more, and then
It descends again in the low-temperature cleaning section 9. Then, after rising again, the steam cleaning section 10 lowers by a slight amount, and then returns from the article discharge position to the input position while maintaining the high position state. In that case, as indicated by the reference numeral in FIG.
Immediately after passing through the input position, the shutter member 40 is lowered by a predetermined amount to return the shutter member 40 to the position where the input port 37 is closed as described above, and the high temperature cleaning section 8, low temperature cleaning section 9 and steam cleaning In part 10, the lowering part of the cam lift is 2)! The cleaning hopper 24 is vibrated up and down as it passes through each of these locations.

Next, the operation of this cleaning device 1 will be described. First, a predetermined amount of articles to be cleaned is put into a temporary storage chamber 38 provided in the cover 4, and the upper part of the chamber 38 is closed with an auxiliary cover 39. A pair of reduction gears 19.20 are then driven by the motor 2).
Washing hopper 24 via rotary shaft 18 and arm member 23
When the hopper 24 reaches the article loading position, the shutter member 40 provided at the bottom of the storage chamber 38 is opened. , when the article input port 37 is opened, the storage chamber 38 is opened.
The articles inside will be thrown into the washing hopper 24 located below. In this case, even if the shutter member 40 is opened when the article is inserted, the upper part of the storage chamber 38 is closed by the auxiliary cover 39, and the auxiliary cover 39 is opened to supply the article to the temporary storage chamber 38. In either case, since the shutter member 40 is closed, the vapor of the cleaning liquid does not flow out from the main body container 3 to the outside.

Furthermore, after the cleaning hopper 24 rises again, it rotates to the steam cleaning section 10, but since this steam cleaning section 10 is filled with the steam of the cleaning liquid, the articles in the cleaning hopper 24 are cleaned by this steam. That will happen. In this case, the cleaning hopper 24 also vibrates in the steam cleaning section 10, so that steam cleaning can be performed satisfactorily. Note that this steam cleaning section 10 communicates with the high temperature cleaning section 9 via the communication section 11, so the cleaning liquid is stored to the same level as the high temperature cleaning section 9, but in this steam cleaning section 10, Since the cleaning hopper 24 only vibrates and hardly descends, the articles are not immersed in the cleaning liquid. Also, since the heater 12 that heats the cleaning liquid is disposed in the steam cleaning section 10, the steam is mainly absorbed by this steam. The steam cleaning section 10 is filled with the steam, and in this way, one heater 12 can perform both cleaning with the high temperature cleaning liquid and its steam effectively.
