けると共に、第2の軸棒の下端部を第1の軸棒の
下端部より上方向に相対的に上昇自在に設け、か
つ第2の軸棒の下降作動を規制自在の下降作動規
制装置を前記昇降体に設け、第2の軸棒が下降作
動規制装置によつて下降を規制される状態にある
ときの前記吸着具よりも上方位置へ第1の軸棒の
下端部を位置調節自在に設けてなるものである。
