Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the sensor which eliminate the need for an operation for connecting lead wires to an element part by adopting the constitution consisting in crimping a pair of conductors provided in a longitudinal direction and a conductive resin which bridges the same between tone resin tape provided with an aperture and the other resin tape. CONSTITUTION:The gas-liquid detecting sensor 1 is produced by he same process for a flat cable as the process of continuously delivering a resin tape 4 consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene resin (PTFE) and two pairs of conductors consisting of silver-plated soft copper, providing the conductive resin 6 formed by incorporation of carbon fibers to the PTFE at prescribed intervals, and continuously supplying and integrating a resin tape 2 made of the PTFE provided with apertures 3 at the same intervals. The flat cable-like sensor group produced in such a manner is actually usable simply by cutting the required part and peeling the insulating tape at the end part.

These are constructed so that at least two conductors are isolated by disposing a resin material containing a conductive substance in at least a portion, and the liquid to be detected or vaporized particles interfere with the conductivity of the conductive substance. The principle is that a detector detects the changing electrical resistance and issues an alarm.

All of these sensors require work to connect the element part made of conductive resin to the Leet wire, and the connection part must be molded with resin such as epoxy to maintain reliability, which increases the number of steps. At the same time, it was bulky.

According to the present invention, one of the resin tapes provided with the holes as described above, a pair of conductors provided along the longitudinal direction, a conductive resin body bridging the conductors, and a criminal conductor. a conductive resin body is sandwiched between the one resin tape and the other resin tape, and the conductive resin body is sandwiched between the one resin tape and the other resin tape so that the conductive resin body is exposed through the opening. Since the gas-liquid detection sensor is constructed using the same cable, there is no need to connect the lead wire to the element, and the sensor can be manufactured in the same way as a flat cable.

The present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 and 2. One resin tape 2 made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin (PTFE) is provided with openings 3, and a resin tape 2 is provided along the longitudinal direction of this tape 2. It was formed by mixing two pairs of conductors 5 made of silver-plated mild steel and carbon fibers that bridge these conductors 5 at the positions of the openings 3 of one of the resin tapes 2 in 1) 'l'' F E. The conductive resin body 6 and the other resin tape 4 made of PTFE which sandwich the conductor 5 and the resin body 6 between the one resin tape 2 are exposed through the opening 3. A gas-liquid detection sensor 1 is constructed by sandwiching them in this way.

In order to adopt such a configuration, during manufacturing, the resin tape 4 and the conductor 5 are continuously fed out from a roll, the conductive resin 6 is provided at a predetermined interval, and the resin tape 2 is provided with holes 3 at the same intervals. You can use the same process as for flat cables, which involves continuously supplying and integrating them.

The flat cable-shaped sensor group manufactured in this way can be put into practical use simply by cutting off the required parts and peeling off the insulating tape at the ends. This eliminates the need to connect wires and improves productivity. Furthermore, since the connecting portion between the conductor and the conductive resin body is protected with a resin tape, molding with epoxy or the like is not required, and the sensor can be made thinner and smaller.
