(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) Humidification is always a problem when it comes to air conditioning in buildings.
In particular, when a part of the indoor air is exhausted outdoors to introduce fresh air, indoor moisture is released along with the exhaust air, so indoor humidification is necessary to replenish this moisture. Therefore, conventionally, it has been necessary to particularly install humidifying equipment indoors, and the equipment and management require considerable effort.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above, the present invention utilizes air conditioning equipment to humidify, and uses drain generated within the air conditioning equipment for humidification. and a condenser are both installed in the case of the air conditioner, and by switching the air path with a damper, indoor air is circulated indoors through the evaporator or condenser for heating and cooling, and at the same time, a part of the indoor air is sent outdoors. In an air conditioner designed to exhaust air, an evaporator is provided in the case above the condenser, and a device is installed between the evaporator and the condenser to receive the condensate generated in the evaporator and direct the condensate to the top surface of the condenser. The apparatus is characterized in that a dripping pan having a dripping hole on the bottom surface is provided for dripping and evaporation, and the drain evaporation is blown into the room together with the conditioned air that has passed through the condenser to humidify the room.

In the drawing, 1 indicates an air conditioner installed in the ceiling A. Inside the air conditioner, refrigeration cycle equipment such as an evaporator 2, a condenser 3, fans 4 and 5, and a compressor 6 are installed. Facing the ceiling A, a cold air outlet 7 that has passed through the evaporator 2, a temperature outlet 8 that has passed through the condenser 3, and indoor air inlets 9 and 10 for the evaporator 2 and condenser 3 are opened; Furthermore, an exhaust port 12 that opens into the ceiling and communicates with the cold air outlet 11 and an exhaust outlet 14 that communicates with the hot air outlet 13 are provided on the side of the case, and each exhaust outlet 12 and 14 has a respective outlet 11. , 13, the damper 1 switches the hot air as well as the cold air passing through the air outlets 7, 8 and the exhaust ports 12, 14.
5 and 16, and these dampers were interlocked so that when one was opened, the other was closed.

The evaporator 2 is installed above the condenser 3 in the case, and a drain receiver 17 is provided on the lower surface of the evaporator 2, and a drip tray 18 is provided on the lower surface of the evaporator 2 and has a drain dripping hole on the upper surface of the condenser 3. Furthermore, an extra drain receiver 19 is provided on the lower surface of the condenser 3, and the drain receiver 1
A discharge cylinder 17a for causing drain to flow from the lower surface of the container 7 to a lower drip tray 18 was provided, and an appropriate number of drip holes 18a were provided in the drip tray 18.

(Function) In the above device, during heating, indoor air is sucked in from the suction port 10 by the fan 5 and converted into warm air by the condenser 3.The damper 16 blocks off the exhaust port 14 side and passes through the hot air path 13 to the blowout port 8. At this time, the room air that is turned into cold air by the fan 4 passes through the evaporator 2 and is circulated from the cold air path 11 to the damper 15, which blocks the outlet 7 side in conjunction with the damper 16, so that it passes through the exhaust port 12. The exhaust air is blown into the ceiling and is discharged outdoors through an exhaust duct 20 having an exhaust fan 21 installed in the ceiling.

Also, during cooling, by switching the dampers 15 and 16, the cold air that has passed through the evaporator 2 is circulated into the room through the air outlet 7 opened by the damper 15 through the cold air path 11.
At this time, the hot air that has passed through the condenser 3 passes through the hot air path 13, and the damper 16 blocks the air outlet 8, so it is blown out into the ceiling from the exhaust port 14, and is discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct 20. This switching is performed by converting the cold and hot air paths 11 and 13 using dampers 15 and 16, and during heating, the cold air that has passed through the evaporator 2 is released outdoors, and during cooling, the warm air that has passed through the condenser 3 is released outdoors. Therefore, the heating and cooling efficiency will be good.

Drain generated in the evaporator 2 during heating is collected in the drain receiver 17, flows down through the discharge tube 17a into the lower drip tray 18, drips from the drip hole 18a, and is drained by heat dissipation from the condenser 3. The evaporated air is blown into the room together with the heating hot air passing through the hot air path 13 to humidify the room.

(Effect of the invention) According to the invention, the condensate generated on the evaporator side during heating is evaporated by the heat radiation of the condenser,
Since the evaporated air is circulated indoors together with the warm air from the condenser, the drain that would normally be discharged outdoors can be effectively used for humidification, and the drain condenses from the dripping surface provided on the bottom of the evaporator Since it evaporates by falling naturally onto the top surface of the container, there is no need to provide a special means for draining it, and since it is processed inside the device, there is no need for piping or other equipment for discharging as in the past, making it economical, and especially for humidification. It also has the effect of saving water resources as it does not require additional water.
