In general, to form a waterproof base for mortar walls and roof bases, two workers unwrap a roll of waterproof sheet with a width of 1 m, a length of 21 m, and a weight of 17 kg on the roof board. Cover the horizontal base of the lower edge of the tarpaulin while cutting it, cut the tarpaulin sheet at the edge of the wall, then return to its original position and cover the lower edge of the tarpaulin sheet above the above. It was necessary to perform several operations over the required width and height, such as overlapping with the upper end, unwinding, fixing, and laying. Therefore, two workers were required for the construction, and they had to move horizontally while holding heavy rolls on the wall, which was very dangerous, difficult work, and inefficient. . Construction was almost impossible, especially on windy days.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention allows a tarpaulin sheet to be easily carried by one person, can be constructed without requiring any skill, and has no deterioration parts due to bending or the like when storing the tarpaulin sheet. The present invention provides a method for forming a waterproof base in which the striated protrusions reliably block rainwater from leaking from the polymerized portion to the base due to capillary action or the like.

The waterproof base forming method according to the present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a unit waterproof sheet used in the present invention. The unit waterproof sheet 1 is made of asphalt felt, asphalt roofing, synthetic resin sheet, etc., and has a rectangular outer shape, for example, a square,
It has a rectangular shape and has linear protrusions 2 arranged at an appropriate pitch P on at least one side. Also, a pair of right-angled corners on the diagonal line are cut into an isosceles triangular shape having the inclined side 3 of the same length as the base. In other words, the inclined side 3 is the part shown by the two-dot chain line cut out from the unit waterproof sheet 1,
When the unit waterproof sheet 1 is constructed, the overlapping portion of each unit waterproof sheet 1 has a maximum of three layers, which is useful for reducing the unevenness of the base. For this reason, for example, even when drywall material is constructed, unevenness caused by the base material will not affect the decorative surface of the drywall material. In addition, the unit waterproof sheet 1 is approximately 1 meter in size, making it easy to carry and easy to install even by one person. The portion is cut into a triangular shape to reduce the thickness of the overlapping portion that occurs. Note that the isosceles triangular shape is not limited to isosceles triangles, but also congruent shapes, and includes cases where various triangles are formed symmetrically. In addition, the linear protrusion 2 has a height h of 1 to 5 mm and a width W of 2 to 5 mm.
It is 5mm. Therefore, it is assumed that a waterproof base material is formed on a base material 4 such as lath as shown in FIG. 2a. First, as shown in FIG. 2a, the unit waterproof sheet 1 is fixed with staples 5 so that its right-angled corner is located at the lower left corner of the base material 3. Next, as shown in Figure 2b, first lay either the unit waterproof sheet 1-1 or 1-2 on the upper edge or right side edge of the unit waterproof sheet 1 so that the inclined sides 3 are located in the same direction. , are fixed via staples 5. That is, the unit waterproof sheets 1-1 and 1-2 are superimposed with a width W0 that ensures that the inclined sides 3 of the unit waterproof sheets 1-1 and 1-2 are present on the right-angled corners of the unit waterproof sheets 1, and the unit waterproof sheets 1-1, 1 -2
They are laid without any gaps so that the inclined sides 3 of the two are butted together at the right angle corners. Next, Figure 2c
As shown in the figure, the unit waterproof sheet 1-3 covers the right side edge and upper edge of the unit waterproof sheets 1-1 and 1-2, and is placed on the overlapping part of the unit waterproof sheet 1 which is stacked against the right-angled corner of the unit waterproof sheet 1. One of the right angle corners of the unit waterproof sheets 1-3 is laminated as shown. As a result, the overlapping portion of the unit waterproof sheet 1 becomes three layers at most. Therefore, in order to form the required waterproof base, such operations may be repeated in sequence. In addition, during construction, the unit waterproof sheet 1 is laid so that the linear protrusions 2 are positioned in the vertical direction.

As described above, the method of forming a waterproof base according to the present invention can easily waterproof a vertical wall surface, a high and dangerous roof top, etc. by one person without requiring any skill, and without the risk of being blown away by the wind. It has the characteristics of being able to form a waterproof base with high efficiency. In addition, regardless of whether the groundwork is small or large,
This has the advantage of being very easy to tighten the ends, since it is only necessary to change the polymerization width. moreover,
The cutout has the feature that it functions effectively as a guide for the overlapping width during construction.

1. When forming a waterproof base by laying a waterproof sheet on a base material such as a field board, a waterproof sheet material with striated protrusions arranged at appropriate intervals on at least one side is used to form a waterproof base with a size of about 1 meter square. At the same time, a unit waterproof sheet is cut into an isosceles triangular shape or the like so that a pair of right-angled corners on the diagonal line form sloped sides of the same length. is the outer surface and in the vertical direction, and the lower edge of one of the unit waterproof sheets is parallel to the horizontal edge of the base material, and the right-angled corner is the lower left edge. Then, partially cover the upper edge and right side edge of the unit waterproof sheet so that the base material is not exposed, and tilt it on the corner symmetrical to the right-angled corner. Two unit waterproof sheets are laid so that their sides butt, and the right-angled corner of another unit waterproof sheet covers at least the butted overlapping part with the right-angled corner, and A method for forming a waterproof base, which is characterized in that the left side edge and the upper edge of the unit waterproof sheet laid on the right side edge are overlapped, and the required base material is sequentially laid so as to be covered with the unit waterproof sheet.
