For mortar walls, lumber is fixed with nails to pillars and studs placed perpendicular to the ground, and on top of that, two people place a roll-shaped tarpaulin sheet that is 1 meter wide, 21 meters long, and weighs 17 kg. A worker unravels the roll and lays it horizontally, cuts it at the end of the wall surface, returns to the original position, repeats the same process over the entire wall forming surface, and then inserts the lath sheet through the fasteners. The structure is such that the mortar wall material is applied in the order of bottom, middle, and top coats. Therefore, when forming a mortar wall, it is difficult for two workers to work and it is necessary to carry heavy rolls many times, which is inefficient. It is not possible to install wide and long tarpaulin sheets on windy days. Mortar wall materials are attached only to the lath material, which lacks adhesion and is prone to cracking and peeling. Mortar walls dry in the order of eaves and foundations due to water flowing down, resulting in unbalanced drying of mortar walls and a tendency for cracks to occur.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention has shortened the waterproof sheet to a size that is easy to install by one person, has a large number of parallel protrusions on one side, arranged at appropriate intervals, and has four overlapping parts. The above-mentioned protrusions and laths make the moisture evaporation of the mortar wall material uniform, and also strengthen the adhesion to prevent cracks and peeling of the lath mortar walls. The object of the present invention is to provide a lath mortar wall structure that prevents this problem and greatly improves workability.

An embodiment of the lath mortar wall structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 1st
The figure is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the above-mentioned wall structure with a part cut away. Reference numeral 1 is a waterproof layer formed by sequentially overlapping the edges of a plurality of unit waterproof sheets 2. 5 is a lath sheet, 6 is a fastener, 7 is a mortar wall, 8 is a base plate, and 9 is a base structure, such as a column or a stud. To explain further, the unit waterproof sheet 2 has a rectangular outer shape as shown in FIG. 2, for example, a square or rectangular shape, and linear protrusions 3 are arranged at an appropriate pitch P on at least one side. Also,
The corners indicated by two-dot chain lines are cut so that one pair of right-angled corners on two diagonal lines each have inclined sides 4 of the same length. This is not only to serve as a guideline during construction, but also to reduce the laminated thickness of the overlapping part by leveling it into three layers, even though the corners of the four unit waterproof sheets 2 overlap. Furthermore, the material of the unit waterproof sheet 2 is asphalt felt, asphalt roofing, and synthetic resin sheet, and its size is 1 meter square, which can be easily transported and installed by one worker. That's about it. Note that the protrusion 3 has a height h of 1 to 5 mm and a width W of 2 to 5 mm. The lath sheet 5 may be either flat lath or riblath, for example, and may be formed to have a size approximately 1.5 times that of the unit waterproof sheet 1, as shown in FIG. 3, or may be used in a normal roll form. The fasteners 6 are for fixing the unit waterproof sheet 1 and the lath sheet 5 with staples. In addition, the mortar wall 7
is a wall formed by applying a base coat, intermediate coat, and top coat in this order using commercially available materials.

Next, the construction method will be explained using FIGS. 4a to 4c. First, it is assumed that a base plate 8 such as plywood or rough board is placed on the rim 9 as shown in FIG.
Therefore, as shown in Figure A, the lower end of the base side is aligned with the corner portion perpendicular to one end 2a of the unit waterproof sheet 2-1, and the projections 3 are oriented horizontally and fixed at multiple locations with fasteners 6. Next, as shown in FIG. 4b, unit waterproof sheets 2-2 and 2-3 are laid on the right side and upper end of the unit waterproof sheet 2-1. That is, the inclined sides 4 of the unit waterproof sheets 2-2 and 2-3 are superimposed so that the end surfaces of each inclined side 4 face each other on the right-angled corners of the unit waterproof sheet 2-1. It is. Next, as shown in FIG. 4c, unit waterproof sheets 2-4 are laid so that their right-angled corners cover the above-mentioned sloping sides 4, overlapping each other. In other words, the overlapping part of the waterproof layer 1 is diagonal line A-
Unit waterproof sheets 2- placed above and below A
Unit waterproof sheets exist as upper and lower layers in the area where one of the right angle corners 1 and 2-4 overlap, and are arranged in the middle layer above and below on the diagonal line B-B orthogonal to the diagonal line A-A. Slope side 4 of 2-2, 2-3
The corner portions having the above-mentioned right-angled corners are arranged so that their end faces are in contact with and coincide with each other within the overlapping region of the right-angled corner portions, and are located on the same horizontal plane, thereby creating a three-layer structure of overlapping portions. Each of these unit waterproof sheets 2 is secured to the base plate 8 with a stopper 6 each time it is laid down.
Next, the lath sheet 5 is fixed with fasteners 6, and a mortar wall material is applied thereon and finished while drying to complete the lath mortar wall. The lath mortar wall structure formed in this way has adhesive strength due to the synergistic effect of the projections 3 of the unit waterproof sheet and the lath sheet 5.
The adhesive force was greatly strengthened, and since the moisture in the mortar wall material evaporated uniformly through the protrusions 3, cracks and shrinkage of the lath mortar wall were reduced.

As described above, the lath mortar structure according to the present invention has the feature that a waterproof layer can be easily applied to a vertical wall surface by one worker without requiring technical skill. In addition, since the waterproof layer of the mortar wall is laid horizontally with the protrusions 3 of the unit waterproof sheet, the moisture contained in the mortar wall material does not flow down and accumulates between the protrusions, which causes it to spread over the entire wall surface. It dries and hardens while water evaporates evenly over a period of time, and the physical integration of the lath sheet, protrusions, and mortar wall material is strengthened, which greatly reduces cracking and flaking of the mortar wall.

1. A base plate is fixedly installed on the shell edge, and there are many parallel protrusions on at least one side of the base plate, and the size is a rectangular shape that is easy to transport and install, and there are right angles on the diagonal of the base plate. A waterproof layer is formed by overlapping the edges of a large number of unit waterproof sheets cut so that a pair of corners have sloped sides of approximately the same length, and a lath sheet is placed on top of the waterproof layer using fasteners. The structure is such that the unit waterproof sheet is fixedly installed and a mortar wall material is applied on the lath sheet, and the projections of the unit waterproof sheet are laid in a horizontal direction with respect to the rim, and the overlapping part of the waterproof layer, i.e. The polymerization portions of the waterproof layer that are to be four-polymerized are made to exist so that they overlap with each other by sandwiching the intermediate layer between the right-angled corner portions that exist at the upper and lower ends of the unit waterproof sheets arranged diagonally above and below. The intermediate layer is a lath characterized in that corner parts having inclined sides of unit waterproof sheets disposed one above the other on a diagonal line orthogonal to the above-mentioned diagonal line are present so as to face each other within an overlapping area of the right-angled corner parts.
