Description of the Related Art Conventionally, window panels are known in which a molded body such as a weatherstop is bonded to the peripheral edge of a plate glass by forming rubber or soft synthetic NI resin. This window panel is manufactured by a method in which a plate glass is held between an upper mold and a lower mold, and a rubber or the like is formed in a cavity formed at the peripheral edge of the glass plate.

発明の構成In the above method, when the lower surface of the periphery of the upper mold and the upper surface of the periphery of the lower mold are perfectly aligned, the center fI6i! ! There is no problem if the gap between the 21 faces is the same as the thickness of the glass plate sandwiched between them, but if the gap is smaller than the thickness of the glass plate, the glass plate will be damaged during mold clamping. There is a problem that if the pressure is applied to the entire surface, it will be damaged. Further, if the distance is larger than the thickness of the glass plate, there is a problem that cracks occur in the molded product. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing sheet glass insert molded products such as window panels that can solve the above-mentioned problems. The above object is achieved by linearly layering a sheet glass insert molding method characterized in that the sheet glass is insert-molded into a fixed side mold with a movable side mold having at least is achieved.

最後に、金型内のキャビティに成形原料が形成される。The invention works as follows. First, the glass is set and held in the stationary mold into which the plate glass is set, and the mold is clamped. Since the insert for holding the glass can be moved independently of mold clamping, the plate glass is not subjected to mold clamping pressure. Therefore, the plate glass does not break when the mold is clamped, and a wedge is inserted to apply a predetermined pressure to the insert so that it does not move under the injection pressure. As a result, there is no gap between the mold and the plate glass, so that no cracks occur in the molded product. Also, there is no damage to the plate glass. Finally, the molding material is formed in the cavity within the mold.

Move the movable mold a8) to complete mold clamping. Next, the sheet glass (
Hold 61. Next, the wedge (g) is activated using the hydraulic system (51) to apply a predetermined pressure so that the insert (2) for holding the glass does not move due to the injection pressure. A molding raw material made of WIIW is formed in the cavity (7).Then, the molding raw material spreads around the periphery of the plate glass (61), and a molded product can be obtained.Next, the functions and effects of this embodiment will be explained. The insert (21) that holds the glass holds the plate glass (61) with the minimum force required by the hydraulic device 141.The insert (21) that holds the glass can be moved independently of mold clamping. Because it is possible, when closing the mold, the plate glass (6)
will not be damaged. In addition, the insert (2) that holds the glass is equipped with a hydraulic device (5).
A predetermined pressure is applied to prevent the injection pressure from moving due to the movable wedge. This can eliminate the occurrence of paris. In addition, since the hydraulic system (51) only applies a component of the injection pressure due to the taper of the wedge, the hydraulic system (5) can be small. Effects of the Invention As detailed above, the present invention can be used in plate glass insert molding. This has an excellent effect of eliminating breakage of the glass plate due to variations in the thickness of the glass plate or the occurrence of cracks on the product.
