Claims (1)
- 電源の一方にそれぞれの一端を接続した入力の
電流源と可変抵抗器と可変電流源と、前記電流源
の他端にコレクタとベースを接続し前記電源の他
方にエミツタを接続した第１のトランジスタと、
この第１のトランジスタとベース及びエミツタ同
士を接続し前記可変抵抗器の他端にコレクタを接
続した第２のトランジスタと、この第２のトラン
ジスタとコレクタ及びエミツタ同士を接続した第
３のトランジスタと、前記第３のトランジスタと
ベース及びエミツタ同士を接続し前記可変電流源
の他端にコレクタとベースを接続した第４のトラ
ンジスタとを有することを特徴とする電流電圧変
換回路。
