Claims (1)
- 先端に砥石が装着された砥石軸を回転可能に支
持する砥石台と、前記砥石台を前記砥石軸方向に
往復移動させる駆動シリンダと、前記砥石台の移
動方向に対して略直角方向に進退動して、前記砥
石をドレスするドレス手段とを有する内面研削盤
の砥石往復動装置において、非ドレス時における
前記砥石台の移動速度を検出する砥石台速度検出
手段と、前記砥石台の非ドレス時における設定移
動速度を記憶する砥石台設定速度記憶手段と、前
記砥石台速度検出手段の検出した前記砥石台の移
動速度と前記砥石台設定速度記憶手段の記憶して
いる前記砥石台の設定移動速度とを比較して、そ
の差を演算する砥石台速度比較手段と、砥石台速
度比較手段の算出した砥石台の移動速度と設定速
度の差が所定範囲内になるように、前記駆動シリ
ンダに供給する作動油量を制御する作動油量制御
手段を備えたことを特徴とする内面研削盤の砥石
往復動装置。
