Abstract

PURPOSE:To culture a large number of sweetfishes having the same appearance as that of natural sweetfish using well water as exclusive water source by introducing underground water into a sterilized pond, generating water flow to entrain air bubbles and applying a feed containing sterilization liquid to the sweetfish. CONSTITUTION:A culture pond is sterilized with common salt, malachite green, etc. Well water is introduced into the pond to generate water flow and air is mixed into the water. Fry of sweetfish are released in the pond and fed with a feed containing a sterilization liquid to obtain the objective grown sweetfish.

Conventional technology Ayu is in great demand as a clear water source that is enjoyed by Japanese people.
Recently, mass production by aquaculture has been carried out in various places, but the only way to produce farmed sweetfish, which has the same appearance as wild sweetfish, is to use clear river water, and as a result, production areas are restricted, and most of the It is well known that farmed sweetfish are generally significantly obese compared to wild sweetfish, and are significantly inferior in taste and appearance. In particular, it is well known that this appearance has caused a rapid decline in market value. be.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a novel method for cultivating wild sweetfish, which allows mass production of cultured sweetfish having the same appearance as wild sweetfish using only well water without using clear river water. The goal is to provide the following.

Means for Solving the Problems As a result of research, the inventor of the present invention introduced well water into an aquaculture pond that had been sufficiently disinfected in advance to form a water flow, mixed in air, and fed the fry with disinfectant-containing food. It was discovered that by feeding sweetfish, the morbidity rate of sweetfish was significantly reduced, and it was possible to mass-produce cultured sweetfish with almost the same appearance as wild sweetfish in aquaculture ponds. That is, the present invention relates to a method for cultivating wild sweetfish, which is characterized by introducing groundwater into a pre-disinfected aquaculture pond to form a water flow, mixing air into the water flow, and feeding feed containing a disinfectant. Therefore, in the present invention, the reason why the aquaculture pond is disinfected and feed containing a disinfectant is fed to the young fish is to disinfect both the internal and external bodies of the sweetfish and reduce the morbidity rate of the young fish, and also to use underground water (well water). The reason for this is the need for clear water from rivers.
This system allows sweetfish to be farmed anywhere and at the same time adjusts the water temperature in the aquaculture pond by using the temperature of underground water such as well water. The water temperature in the aquaculture pond needs to change as the sweetfish grow, and this is done by adjusting the amount of well water mixed in, but the maximum temperature is 22r. Also, the flow rate of water and the amount of oxygen supplied need to be adjusted according to conventional methods, but the point is to provide the same environmental conditions as ayu living in a natural clear stream. Furthermore, it is necessary to stop feeding the bait containing disinfectant about one week before the sweetfish are shipped. For example, the bait is white fish mixed with starch and flour, heated to 160C, dried and crushed to about 0.1cm and 0.5wm, and when the sweetfish are young, 0. 1 m, then 0.5
Feed m. In addition, feed for young fish generally has a protein content of about 45%, and for later adult fish, the protein content should be around 3%.
By lowering the content to around 0%, the appearance of natural fish can be maintained. As a disinfectant for bait containing a disinfectant, for example, 5 to 10% by weight of Bozan (Tanabe Pharmaceutical) mixed with salad oil can be sprayed, and for disinfecting the pond, common salt, malayaite green, etc. can be conveniently used.

Effects of the Invention Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, since well water is mainly used, there is no need to use river water, so even in areas where clear river water could not be used until now, it is possible to grow natural ayu using groundwater. This made mass production possible.
