Abstract

PURPOSE:To make sand removing work easy by equipping both a cyclone for removing sand from night soil free from sludge and sludge in a septic tank and a hydrator for dehydrating slurry. CONSTITUTION:Introduced material is supplied to an impurity remover 5 such as a rotary screen from a temporarily receiving pit 3 by a pump 4. Paper and cloth, etc., are removed and thereafter the introduced material flows down to a relay tank 6. Then it is supplied to a cyclone 8 from the relay tank 6 by a pump 7 and separated into liquid and slurry contg. sand and this liquid flows down to a storage tank 9. Slurry discharged from the lower end of the cyclone is supplied to a centrifugal separator 10 and dehydrated and also liquid flows down to the storage tank 9. Thereby the need for maintenance for cleaning the inside of the tank is eliminated.

The separated sand that has naturally settled in the sand bit is sucked out into a sand settling tank using a vacuum pump or vacuum blower, washed, and then incinerated along with the foreign matter removed by the foreign matter removal device. <Problem to be solved by the invention> However, the removal rate of sand with an average particle size of 1 square or more that can be removed by natural sedimentation in the sand settling pit of the input tank is about 50%.
Sand with smaller particle sizes cannot be removed. In this way, the sand that cannot be removed by the sand settling bit accumulates in the storage tank, reducing the effective capacity of the storage tank and making it impossible to secure the capacity necessary for operation. It is necessary to carry out sand removal work to remove the sand. <Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, the present invention was developed with the aim of preventing sand from being carried into the storage tank as much as possible. It is characterized by being equipped with a dehydrator that dewaters the slurry containing sand discharged from the cyclone. (Example of implementation) In the illustrated example, reference numeral 1 denotes a charging tank into which removed human waste and septic tank sludge are charged, and a sand pit 2 and a temporary receiving bit 3 are provided at the bottom in the direction in which the input materials flow. , some of the sand in the input material is deposited on the sand settling bit 2 by natural settling. The input material is supplied from the temporary receiving bit 3 to a contaminant removal device 5 such as a rotary screen by a pump 4, and is removed from the contaminant removal device 5, such as a rotary screen. The paper, cloth, plastic film, etc. contained in the slurry are removed and flowed down to the relay tank 6, and from the relay tank 6, it is supplied to the cyclone 8 by a bomb 7, where it is separated into a liquid component and a slurry containing sand.
The liquid discharged from the upper end of the cyclone flows down into the storage tank 9.

In this embodiment, the slurry containing sand discharged from the lower end of the cyclone is supplied to a centrifugal separator 10, which serves as a dehydrator. The rotation speed of the centrifuge is 2000-6000R
In the PM, the supplied slurry is separated into liquid, sand and solid, and dehydrated, so that the liquid is allowed to flow down into the storage tank 9. The liquid thus collected in the storage tank 9 is supplied to the biological treatment equipment through a 1 liter pump. In addition, the sand accumulated in the sand settling pit 2 of the input tank is sucked out into the sand tank 13 by a suction device 12 such as a vacuum pump or blower, and the slurry containing sand discharged from the cyclone 8 and the centrifugal fraction, ! It will be incinerated along with the sand etc. discharged from II machine 10. Incidentally, the foreign matter discharged from the foreign matter removal device 5 is also incinerated in the same manner. In order to investigate the sand removal rate, sampling was carried out at point A before cyclone 8 and point B on the way from centrifuge 10 to storage tank 9, and the weight and content of sand was measured, as shown in the table below. It was like that.

0.95% by weight 0.06% by weight As a result, 93% of the human waste supplied to the centrifuge and the sand mixed in the septic tank sludge are removed by cyclone 8 and the centrifuge. In addition, the water content of the slurry containing sand supplied from the cyclone 8 to the centrifuge is 80.8 to 90.1%.
The moisture content of sand etc. discharged from the centrifugal separator IO is 50.6
It was found that the centrifugal separator is also very effective in dewatering slurry containing sand mixed in human waste and septic tank sludge. Note that a belt press type dehydrator can be used instead of a centrifuge. <Effects of the Invention> According to the present invention, sand is removed from human waste and septic tank sludge using a cyclone without the addition of chemicals, and then the slurry containing sand discharged from the cyclone is liquefied using a dehydrator. Since it separates sand and solids such as sand and dehydrates sand, etc., there is no need to carry sand into the storage tank, eliminating the need for maintenance to clean the inside of the tank, and reducing the load on the incinerator that incinerates sand, etc. It can be reduced.
