脱水装置である。 The present invention was made in order to solve the problems of the conventional washing and dehydrating equipment, and it is possible to wash, separate and dehydrate screen scum efficiently in a very short time without any entanglement of washing screen scum, etc. The cleaning tank has a screen waste inlet at the top and an overflow weir at the top of the side wall, and is equipped with a cleaning water supply port and an agitator for stirring the inside of the cleaning tank, and the overflow weir of the cleaning tank a first separator for separating coarse floating matter provided in a falling waterway connected to the
a second separator that separates fine suspended matter contained in the wastewater that has passed through the first separator;
This is a screen dregs cleaning separation and dehydration device comprising at least a dehydrator that dehydrates suspended matter collected by the separator.

なつている。 A more detailed configuration of the present invention will be explained based on FIG. 1 showing a specific example. A cleaning tank 2 is used to clean screen residue collected by a bar screen or the like and raked up by a rake or the like in a sewage treatment plant or the like. The cleaning tank 2 has a screen sludge inlet 3 in the upper part, which is fed by the conveyor 1, and a cleaning water supply inlet 5 connected to the cleaning water supply pipe 4 in the lower part, a stirrer 8 having rotating blades 7 rotated by an electric motor 6;
Preferably, an overflow weir 9 is provided at the upper part of the side wall facing the stirrer 8. A falling channel 10 connected to the overflow weir 9 of the cleaning tank 2 is provided. The falling waterway 10 is preferably open at the top and provided at an inclination of about 10 to 20 degrees, which is necessary for the overflow water to naturally flow out and fall. A first separator 11 having a scraper, preferably in the form of a bar screen, is installed in the middle of the falling waterway 10, and a second separator 11 for separating fine suspended matter in the wastewater that has passed through the first separator 11 is installed. A separator 12 is provided. This second separator is preferably a disk screen or an inclined screen. A press dehydrator 14, preferably in the form of a roller, for dewatering the washing screen residue separated by the first separator 11 and the second separator 12, respectively, is installed in series with a transfer device 13 such as a conveyor. . A carry-out machine 15 is provided between the dehydrator 14 and the storage tank 16 in order to store the screen residue dehydrated by the dehydrator 14 in the storage tank 16.
The separator 12 and dewatering machine 14 are arranged so that water is collected into a drainage pit 18 through a pipe 17, respectively.

When stirred at intervals of 1 to 5 minutes, the cleaning screen residue flows out from the overflow weir 9 together with the overflow water, and coarse suspended matter is separated and removed by the first separator 11 in the middle of the falling channel 10. The fine suspended matter that has passed through the first separator 11 is separated and removed by the second separator 12 located downstream. The cleaning screen residue removed by the first separator 11 and the second separator 12 is supplied to a dehydrator 14 by a transfer device 13, and after being dehydrated to a level that can be dumped or incinerated, it is transferred to a carry-out device 15. The waste is temporarily stored in the storage tank 16 and then dumped or incinerated.

あつて、公害防止上も極めて有用な装置である。 As described above, the present invention uses an overflow type cleaning tank to wash screen residue and separate and remove putrefactive organic matter adhering to it, so there is no scraper or the like in the cleaning tank. There is no mechanical trouble caused by washing screen debris getting wrapped around scrapers, etc., and since the overflow water naturally flows out due to the continuous supply of washing water, rough floating particles are primarily separated on the way down. There is no need to worry about clogging, and since it is a two-stage separation system in which fine suspended matter is secondarily separated using a different type of fine separator, cleaning screen residue can be washed and separated in an extremely short time without clogging the separator with cleaning residue. In addition, it can be dehydrated to a low moisture content suitable for dumping or incineration using a dehydrator, so it can be used for cleaning and dehydrating screen residue generated from sewage treatment plants in various places, and is an effective method for preventing pollution. is also an extremely useful device.
