DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a multi-level circulation parking system. Conventional parking systems are shown in Figures 1 and 2.
The one shown in the figure is known. That is, 1 in the figure is a circulation device, and this circulation device 1 includes two endless chains 2a and 2b arranged in parallel, which rotate at the ends and move horizontally at the middle. One ends of attachments 3 are fixed to these endless chains 2a, 2b at equal pitches, and shafts 4 are inserted into the other ends of the opposing attachments 3, 3, respectively. 5 in the figure is a pallet on which the same number of shafts 4 (N pieces) are installed, and is designed to accommodate N cars. Further, the rotating portion of the endless chain 2 is provided with guide levers 6, 6 for moving the pallet 5 downward or upward while holding it in the horizontal direction. Furthermore, 7 in the figure is a lift device disposed on the left end side of the circulation device 1. This lift device 7 includes a guide column 8 installed vertically,
It is comprised of a lifting platform 9 that is raised and lowered by a chain (not shown) provided on the guide column 8. Incidentally, recently, from the viewpoint of efficient use of the installation area, there has been a demand for multi-layered parking systems (see FIG. 3). However, when attempting to incorporate the above-mentioned conventional system into such a parking system, the pallet 5 placed on the lifting platform 9 of the lift device 7 ends up resting on the guide lever 6 and shaft 4 of the circulation device 1 on the top floor. The pallet 5 cannot pass through the circulation system to the circulation system on the floor below. Therefore, it has been difficult to construct a conventional parking system into a multi-layered parking system in which circulation devices are arranged on multiple floors. The present invention was devised in view of the above circumstances, and includes providing at least one empty space in the circulation device on each floor, as well as creating a space between the guide lever of the device and the lift device so that the device can be placed on the lifting platform of the lift device. To provide a multi-layer circulation parking system equipped with a shared lift device that allows a pallet to be raised and lowered without interference with a guide lever of a circulation device on a floor above the floor where the pallet is stored. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 to 5. 11 in the figure is a circulation device installed on the m floor, and 11' is a circulation device installed on the m-1 floor. For convenience, 11 is hereinafter referred to as upper circulation device,
11' is called a lower circulation device. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper circulation device 11 includes opposing chain wheels 13a and 13b pivoted on a drive shaft 12 of a motor (not shown) and opposing chain wheels pivoted on shafts 14a and 14b. 15a, 15b and these chain wheels 1

Reference numeral 35b is a shaft portion having one end pivoted to the guide levers 31a, 31b and the other end pivoted to the connecting gears 34a, 34b. Furthermore, since the lower circulation device 11' has the same configuration as the upper circulation device 11 as shown in FIGS. Endless chain is 1
6a', 16b') Explanation will be omitted. Furthermore, 35 in the figure is the circulation device 11 , 11'.
This is a lift device vertically disposed on the chain wheels 13a, 13b, 13a'13b' side. This lift device 35 includes a guide column 36 having a U-shaped cross section and extending vertically from the vehicle exit floor to the floor of the lower circulation device 11' .
It is composed of a lifting chain 37 disposed within the guide column 36 and a lifting table 38 fixed to the chain 37 and moving up and down along the guide column 36. In addition, the lift device 35 and the circulation 11 ,
An area through which pallets 19 1 to 19 7 can pass is formed between 11'. Furthermore, C 1 to C 7 in the figure are sensors for performing safety confirmation and control. Sensor C 1 detects the presence or absence of cars at the entrance/exit floor, the presence or absence of people, and regulates cars; sensors C 2 and C 3 detect the position of the elevator platform 38; and sensors C 4 and C 5 detect the presence of cars at the entrance/exit floor .

is the pallet 1 on the hoistway of the circulation device 11 , 11'
The presence or absence of 9 1 to 19 7 and 19 1 ′ to 19 7 ′ is detected. Next, the operation of the multi-layer circulation parking system configured as described above will be explained. [i] Storing a car from the exit floor to the lower circulation system 11' First, the elevator platform 38 of the lift device 35 is placed on the entrance floor.
A pallet 196 ' carrying a car 39 is placed on the lifting platform 38. Next , the motor (not shown) of the upper circulation device 11 is driven to rotate the drive shaft 12 counterclockwise, and the chain wheels 13a, 15a are rotated.
By rotating the pair of endless chains 16a, 16b installed between the chain wheels 13b, 15b in the same direction, the pallets 191 to 197 are moved to the wheels 21 on the upper and lower guide rails 24a, 24b, 25a, 25b. ...and chain attachment 17a 1 ~
Connection shafts 18 1 to 18 7 between 17 7 , 17b 1 to 17b 8
The pallet supporting hardware 23 engaged with the pallet is moved horizontally so that the empty space is located on the left end (lift device 35) side as shown in FIG. When the phase is shifted by a predetermined angle from the horizontal position so as not to interfere with the wheels 21', 21' and the metal supports 22' and 22' of the pallet 196 ', the driving of the motor is stopped. In addition, in this pallet moving process, the receiving objects 22 of the pallets 19 1 to 19 7 are moved by the guide levers 26 at both ends of the circulation device 11 .
a, 26b, 31a, 31b support, from the upper guide rails 24a, 24b to the lower guide rails 25a, 25b, and from the lower guide rails 25a, 25b to the upper guide rails 24a, 2.
A conversion is made to 4b. Similarly, lower circulation device 1

6 ' is the guide lever 26a', 26 on the lift device 35 side.
pallet 1 so that it can be loaded on b' and connecting shaft 18b'.
After moving 9 1 ′ to 19 5 ′ and 19 7 ′, the motor drive is stopped. In this state, the lift device 35
By driving the lifting chain 37 of the pallet and lowering the lifting table 38, which is shorter than the pallet in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, together with the pallet 19 6 ′, the pallet 19 6 ′ can be moved up and down without interfering with the upper circulation system 11 . The automobile 39 can be passed through the installation floor and delivered to the lower circulation device 11' . The relationship between the functions and operations when the vehicle is stored as described above is shown in the flow chart shown in FIG. [] Transferring the pallet 191 of the upper circulation device 11 to the car entrance floor First, the elevator platform 38 of the lift device 35 is placed on standby at the lowest position as shown by the imaginary line in FIG . Space (indicated by a phantom line)
Wait horizontally toward the hoistway side. At the same time, a pallet 19 1 carrying a car 39 of the upper circulation system 11
If the lifting platform 38 is raised after waiting horizontally toward the hoistway side, the lifting platform 38 is shorter than the length of the car 39 on the pallet 191 , so it can pass through the lower circulation device 11' without interfering with the vehicle. Scoop up the pallet 19 1 of the upper circulation device 11 from below, and place the pallet 19 1 between the connecting shaft 18 1 and the guide levers 26a, 2.
It can be removed from 6b and transferred to the car entrance floor. The elevator platform 38 is stopped at the car entrance floor by the operation of sensor C2 . Therefore, according to the multi-layer circulation parking system of the present invention, if the number of floors is increased to n compared to the conventional projected area that can accommodate N cars, it is possible to accommodate n (N-1) cars. It is possible to make effective use of the site. That is, by removing one pallet installed at equal intervals and shifting the phase of the guide lever at a predetermined angle from the horizontal position according to the pallet pitch, it is possible to pass a pallet on the hoistway, and multiple pallets can be By installing one lift device for each circulation device, the above-mentioned site can be utilized effectively.
