【考案の詳細な説明】 (a) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は様々な板状体の収納にも利用できる
が、なかでも特にプリント配線基板(以下基板と
いう)の組立工程、あるいは保管や運搬等に於い
て、それ自体を単体にて、若しくは通い凾の如き
凾体と共に基板の収納に用いられるラツクに関す
るものである。

ツク状の仕切枠体等が用いられており、それらの
種類も多様なものであるが、極めて特殊な形態の
ものを別とするとそれらは概ね三つの形態に類別
することができる。即ち、まず第一の形態として
は内部を固定の若しくは着脱自在な、仕切枠体あ
るいは仕切板で所定の寸法に仕切られた専用凾体
があり定型、不定型を問わずどのような形状の基
板にも対応することができるため大量生産に用い
るのに適している。次に第二の形態としては基板
の寸法に合わせた専用凾体の内側面に基板収納用
のガイドレールを設けたもので、凾体自体が軽量
となるメリツトもあり、定型基板を長期に渡り安
定して生産する場合に適したものである。そして
残る第三の形態は用途が特定されていない汎用の
凾体(例えばプラスチツク製の通凾等)の中に別
に用意した、仕切板を多数有するブツクエンド状
のラツクを載置して用いるもので大量生産、少量
生産を問わず利用できるものである。ちなみに前
記ラツクは第5図(平面図)に示す如き形状を成
すもので、図に於いてラツク1は方形板状のベー
ス部2の上面に複数の仕切板3を定間隔平行配置
して成るもので、一般には製作上の容易性からプ
ラスチツクにより成型されることが多い。

に基板収納用のガイドレールを設けた専用凾体は
モデルチエンジによつても外形寸法まで変更を受
けることが少ない産業機器向けの基板には適して
いるがその他への転用は非常に困難である。そこ
で第三の形態の、汎用の凾体内に載置して用いる
ブツクエンド状のラツクにあつては、どの様な凾
体でも利用できることから非常に簡便で、経済的
でもあり応用範囲も広いものであるが、併用する
凾体の大きさはラツクの寸法の倍数以上の内部寸
法を有している必要があると共に、収納する基板
の枚数も同様に限定され、必ずしも全ての面に於
いて使い易いとは言えなかつた。

嵌合部を有して成ることを特徴とするラツクによ
り解決される。そしてベース部の形状を略クラン
ク状とすると組合わせ寸法に多少制約が加わるが
載置した場合の安定性が増し、単体で利用する場
合には特に好適である。

かいピツチ、例えば仕切板3の相互間隔の1/2の
ピツチで連結長さを調整したい場合には第3図の
如く、仕切板3相互間に二つの凹状部4bを設け
ればよい。尚、このとき該凹状部4bと対を成す
凸状部4aは同図の如く最端部に1個だけでもよ
いし凹状部4bと同ピツチで同数設けてもよい。
