Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は端子台の改良に関するものである。電
線の端部をボルト等で固定してこの電線とプリト
基板の所定の回路に接続させる場合に端子台が用
いられる。第1図は従来の端子台(以下「従来
品」という)の一例を略示する部分破砕斜視図で
ある。1は適宜の絶縁材料よりなる端子台本体で
あつて、例えば4個の隔室1a,1b,1c,1
dを備えており、各隔室1a〜1dには例えば銅
製の端子板2、座金3、スプリングワツシヤ4及
びボルト5が以下の如く取付けられている。即
ち、沿面距離を保つための隔壁11の側部に横溝
12が夫々形成されており、矩形に形成された端
子部21の両側を横溝12に挿入することによ
り、接続ピン22を備えた端子板2が端子台本体
1に係止される。そして端子部21の中央部に開
設されたネジ穴211を、端子台本体1の所定個
所に開設された貫通孔13に対応させるととも
に、ネジ穴211に座金3、スプリングワツシヤ
4を挿通したボルト5を螺着してある。

されており、各隔室1a′〜1d′の底部70の中央
部には直方体状の盛上部14が端子台本体10の
長手方向に形成されて、この盛上部14の上側表
面141の中央部には、嵌込まれるナツトの回り
止め効果を有した、例えば六角形状の有底の六角
穴142が開設されており、前側及び後側の上下
方向中央部の両側には係止突起143,143が
突設され、この係止突起143は側面が傾斜する
とともに下端部が最も外方へ突出した形状をして
おり、その下端面と盛上部14の前側及び後側の
各表面とはそれぞれ適当な鋭角をなしている。そ

の形状、例えば長方形状の角穴15が開設されて

が、その場合には角穴15も同数の複数とする。
