The shield case 2 will be explained below. Reference numeral 3 denotes a base frame, which is made of a conductive material such as an aluminum die-cast molded product. As clearly shown in FIG. 3, the base frame 3 has two recesses for accommodating electronic circuits that open on opposite sides. Note that the recess may be provided only on one side. Reference numeral 4 shown in FIG. 4 is a flange for connecting the primary radiator provided on the base frame 3, and is provided with a waveguide 5 shown as a signal introduction section. 6 indicates an electronic circuit housed in the recess of the base frame 3, and is a circuit board (for example, a printed circuit board) 6
It is constructed by attaching various electronic parts 6b to a. Among the electronic circuits 6, for example, 6C is a high frequency amplification and frequency conversion circuit, 6d is a local oscillator, and 6e is an intermediate frequency amplification circuit. 7 is a plug seat shown as an output part attached to the base frame 3. Next, reference numeral 8 indicates a shield lid in the shield case 2, which is a metal plate with good conductivity and elasticity, such as 0.
It is formed by pressing a 2N thick tin-plated iron plate (phosphor bronze plate may also be used). The main body portion 8a of the shield lid 8 is formed to be large enough to close the opening 3a of the recess in the base frame 3, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4.
As shown in the figure, it is bent in a U-shape at the middle portion. Reference numeral 9.9 denotes an elastic contact piece provided on one opposing edge of the shield lid 8, and the outer surface 3c of one opposing side wall 3b', 3b' at the opening edge 3b of the recess.
, 3c, and is formed to have a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 3 to obtain a sufficient spring effect. In addition, the elastic contact pieces 9 are provided with a large number of short width pieces spaced apart from each other, but instead, long size pieces are provided at each part indicated by ``a'' and ``mouth'' in Fig. 1. Good too. 10. Reference numeral 10 denotes a contact piece provided on the other opposing edge of the shield lid 8, and the inner surface 3 of the other opposing side wall 3b'', 3b'' at the opening edge 3b.
This is for contacting d and 3d. The distance between these contact pieces is made smaller than the distance between the inner surfaces 3d, 3d by bending the main body portion 8a of the shield lid 8 into a square shape. Reference numeral 11 denotes a protruding piece provided in the intermediate part, which is formed by cutting and raising a part of the main body part 8a as shown in the figure, and its upper surface serves as a pressed part 11a that is pressed against the inner surface of the outer case l. . The projecting piece l1 has both ends connected to the main body part 8a, and has high pressure resistance (
(so that it is difficult to buckle). The projecting piece 11 is formed to be sufficiently small (for example, 1.8 l in width and 9 am in length) so that substantial leakage of high frequency waves through the hole formed by cutting and raising it is reduced. The height of the protruding piece 1l is formed to be slightly larger than the dimension corresponding to the gap between the inner surface 1b of the outer case 1 and the base frame 3 when the inner number ε base frame 3 of the outer case 1 is inserted. The height of the pressed portion 11a is set to be a height sufficient to obtain the functions described below. The reference numeral 13 shown in FIG. 1 indicates a stopper for fixing the base frame 3 of the shield case 2 to the outer case l, and for example, a threaded rod as shown in the figure is used. 14 is a waterproof panokin attached to the stopper 13.

Next, the assembly of the electronic device having the above configuration will be explained. First, the electronic circuit 6 is mounted inside the base frame 3 as is well known. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a shield lid 8 is placed over the opening 3a of the base frame 3. In this case, both contact pieces 10. 10
The distance between them is the inner surfaces 3d, 3 of the side walls 3b'', 3b''
d is smaller than the distance between each other, so both contact pieces 1
0. 10 is easily located between the inner surfaces 3d and 3d. Therefore, it is only necessary to concentrate on bringing the elastic contact piece 9 of one opposing edge to the outer surface 3c of the side wall 3b', and the work of fitting the shield lid 8 is easy. Both openings 3a, 3a of the base frame 3 are removed by the above-mentioned work.
Once the shield case 2 is completed by covering each of the shield lids 8, insert the shield case 2 into the outer case l through the opening 1a as shown in FIG. 2, and remove it with the stopper l3. Fix it to case l. This is BS
Assembly of the converter is completed. In the assembled state as described above, the pressed portion 11a of the projecting piece 11 is pressed against the inner surface tb of the outer case l, and the main body portion 8a is stretched into a flat state. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner surfaces near both edges come into contact with the end surfaces of the side wall 3b', resulting in good electrical continuity there, and as shown in FIG. 2, both contact pieces 10.
LO side wall 3b'', 3b' inner surface 3d, 3tH.:
They are pressed together and have good electrical continuity there. Also, as a matter of course, the large number of elastic contact pieces 9 come into pressure contact with the outer surface 3C of the side wall 3b' with their respective elasticity, and good electrical continuity is established between the two. As a result, the base frame 3 and the shield M8 are completely integrated in terms of high frequency, and the internal electronic circuit 6 is in an extremely good shielding state. Not only this, but the contact between the protruding piece 11 and the inner surface 1b of the outer case 1 also improves the electrical continuity between the shield lid 8 and the outer case l. In this respect as well, the shielding condition of the electronic circuit 6 becomes better.

In addition, for parts that are considered to be functionally the same or equivalent to those in the previous figure, the same reference numerals as in the previous figure are appended with an e (alpha to 7}), and redundant explanations are omitted. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, the pair of contact pieces 10. 10 is smaller than the distance between the pair of side walls 3b" and the inner surfaces 3d of the base frame 3, 3d, so when the shield lid 8 is placed on the base frame 3, the distance between the shield M8 A pair of elastic contact pieces 9, 9 are attached to a pair of side walls 3b'', 3b'' of the base frame.
The above-mentioned pair of contact pieces 10. 10 is the inner surface 3d, 3
d can be inserted naturally between each other,
This has the effect of making the work of putting the shield lid 8 on very easy. Moreover, due to the above-mentioned dimensional relationship, even if there is a gap between the contact piece 10 and the inner surface 3d when the shield lid 8 is attached, the shield case 2 cannot be inserted into the outer case l. In the stored state, the pressed part i of the shield lid 8
ta is pushed against the inner surface 1d of the outer case 1, the shield lid 8 is pushed and stretched, and the contact piece 10 is pushed against the inner surface 3.
d, and the inside of the shield case 2 is effectively shielded.
