Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an acid detergent having high stability, maintaining its homogeneity and not causing liq. separation even after storage over a long period of time by adding organopolysiloxane or fluorinated alcohol to an acid deterging component, polysaccharides and inorg. powder. CONSTITUTION:When a pasty acid detergent consisting of an acid deterging component, polysaccharides and inorg. powder is applied to a material to be deterged such as stainless steel, allowed to react with the surface of the material for a certain time and washed to remove scale, organopolysiloxane and/or fluorinated alcohol is incorporated into the acid detergent. Hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid or a mixture of them is preferably used as the acid deterging component. The polysaccharides may be xanthane gum, locust bean gum and pectin. Powder of the Mg, Na or Al salt of sulfuric acid or nitric acid is suitable for use as the inorg. powder. The organopolysiloxane such as dimethylsilicone oil and/or the fluorinated alcohol such as trifluoroethanol is preferably used by about 0.01-5wt.% of the amt. of the acid detergent.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the above acid cleaning agent contains hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid.
Because it is extremely acidic, even if acrylic polymers, which have relatively high acid resistance, are used, they will decompose during storage and the liquid will separate from the cleaning agent or turn yellow. There was a problem. The cleaning agent from which the liquid has separated is
It is necessary to mix again before use, and if the mixing is insufficient, there are problems such as dripping and non-uniform treatment surfaces.
