By the way, recently, one of the requests of residents of high-rise apartment complexes is that they want large-scale housing with a large floor area per unit, and this trend is increasing.

It is a high-rise apartment building characterized by having a small number of residential units with a large floor area on the upper floors, and a large number of residential units with a small floor area on the lower floors.

The SRC structure wall is a non-load-bearing wall. Pillar 1
The pillars run through the upper and lower floors, and as a general rule, each floor has approximately the same area. Each floor is divided into a plurality of units by a partition wall 2. The number of units A is small on the upper floors, which are large-scale residential units with a large floor area, and the number of units A is increased on the lower floors, making them small-scale residential units with a small floor area. In other words, in the example, the 14th to 19th floors (upper floor portion H1) have 6 units as shown in Figure 2, and the 13th to 9th floors (middle floor portion H2) have 3 units.
As shown in the figure, there are 8 units, and the 8th to 1st floors (lower floor portion H3) are divided into 12 units as shown in Figure 4. In addition, each of the upper floor portion H1, middle floor portion H2, and lower floor portion H3 has at least one separate facility piping 3-1, 3 for water supply, drainage, power distribution, etc.

They are arranged in a concentrated manner.

By sharing piping from top to bottom regardless of the size of the building, and increasing the number of piping individually in the lower floors according to the number of residences, the equipment zone can be accommodated in a small area.
