(2)この凹部(3)の直径と同径のクラッド材(4)
を用意する。このクラッド材(4)は、アルミニウムク
ラッド材の場合は、ステンレス鋼+アルミニウム又は鉄
+アルミニウムの複合板に成り、銅クラッド材の場合は
、ステンレス鋼+銅又は鉄+銅の複合板に成る。(ステ
ンレス鋼は、ニッケル量の少ないもの又は含有していな
いものとする。)
(3)このクラッド材(4)を、アルミニウム又は銅部
分(5)が内側に、ステンレス鋼又は鉄部分(6)が外
側になるように、前記鍋体(1)の底面部凹部(3)に
嵌合する。この嵌合時には、凹部(3)の深さからクラ
ッド材(4)の内側のアルミニウム又は銅部分(5)が
はみ出して見えるようにする。したがって、このような
構成になるように、クラッド材(4)の厚さと鍋底凹部
(3)の深さとの寸法関係を考慮する。3-2-2. て広くなり、またその製造コストは、要部に高価なりラ
ッド材を必要最少限度の範囲で使用するものであるから
