において、前記編集済帳票内容情報の入力を行うデータ

帳票フオーム情報を入力するフオームデータ入力部と、
入力した前記編集済帳票内容情報と帳票フオーム情報と
を、予め汎用ホストコンピュータにて対応づけられた識
別子をキーとして重ね合わせる合成部と、前記合成部で
合成された帳票に対し帳票の識別を対応づけて磁気的あ
るいは光学的に記録を行なう蓄積部と、
予め汎用ホストコンピュータにおいてジョブスポーンさ
れスケジュールされたジョブが活性化される任意の時間
に、蓄積された帳票を取り出5しファクシミリで送信を
行うことを管理する送信実行制御部と、
